Bapak Paulus Moleonoto, berusia 55 tahun, warga negara Indonesia, pertama kali diangkat menjadi Wakil Direktur Utama Perseroan berdasarkan hasil keputusan RUPSLB pada tahun 2004 dan diangkat kembali berdasarkan keputusan RUPSLB tahun 2006, 2007, 2010, RUPST tahun 2013 dan tahun 2016. Saat ini beliau menjabat sebagai Executive Director dan Head of Finance & Corporate Services IndoAgri (2006-sekarang); Komisaris Utama LSIP (2015-sekarang), Komisaris ICBP (2009-sekarang) dan Direktur Indofood (2009-sekarang). Beliau sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Wakil Direktur Utama I LSIP (2014-2015). Beliau memulai karirnya pada tahun 1984 di sebuah perusahaan akuntan publik Drs. Hans Kartikahadi & Rekan di Jakarta. Bapak Paulus Moleonoto juga merupakan akuntan terdaftar di Indonesia. Sebelum bergabung dengan Divisi Perkebunan dari Grup Indofood sebagai Chief Financial Officer, beliau pernah menjabat berbagai posisi manajemen di Grup Salim Plantations (1990-2004).
Bapak Paulus Moleonoto meraih gelar Sarjana di bidang Akuntansi dari Universitas Tarumanegara di Jakarta pada tahun 1987, dan meraih gelar Sarjana di bidang Manajemen dan Magister Sains bidang Kebijakan Bisnis dan Administrasi dari Universitas Indonesia masing-masing di tahun 1990 dan 2001.
Di tahun 2017, beliau berpartisipasi dalam berbagai program pelatihan, workshop dan seminar, termasuk “New Business Models, Evolving Business Models and Strategy in the years Ahead” pada tanggal 7 Desember 2017. Bapak Paulus Moleonoto tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi dengan anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi lainnya, namun memiliki hubungan afiliasi dengan pemegang saham utama Perseroan.
Mr. Paulus Moleonoto, 55, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed as Vice President Director of the Company based on the resolution of the EGMS in 2004 and was re-elected as Vice President Director of the Company based on the resolution of the EGMS in 2006, 2007, 2010, AGMS 2013 and 2016. He is currently an Executive Director and Head of Finance & Corporate Services of IndoAgri (2006-present); President Commissioner of LSIP (2015-present), Commissioner of ICBP (2009-present) and Director of Indofood (2009-present). He was previously appointed as Vice President Director I of LSIP (2014-2015). He started his career in 1984 with Drs Hans Kartikahadi & Co., a public accounting firm in Jakarta. He is a registered accountant in Indonesia. Before joining the Plantation Division of the Indofood Group as a Chief Financial Officer, he had held various management positions in the Salim Plantations Group (1990-2004).
Mr. Paulus Moleonoto obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Tarumanegara in Jakarta in 1987 and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree of Science in Administration & Business Policy from the University of Indonesia in 1990 and 2001, respectively.

Selain itu, Bapak Suaimi Suriady juga menjabat sebagai Direktur Eksekutif IndoAgri (2007-sekarang) dan Direktur ICBP (2009-sekarang). Beliau memulai karirnya di distributor aki otomotif PT Menara Alam Teknik (Grup Astra) (1986-1991) dan selanjutnya bergabung dengan perusahaan manufaktur barang konsumsi, Konica Film and Paper (1991-1994). Bapak Suaimi Suriady meraih gelar Magister Administrasi Bisnis dari Universitas De Montfort, Inggris pada tahun 2000.
