anak perusahaan ini berdiri tahun 1991 sebagai perusahaan penanaman modal asing (pMa) yang kemudian berubah menjadi perusahaan dengan penanaman modal dalam negeri (pMD) pada tahun 1995. awalnya, ccI memulai bisnis sebagai perusahaan pelapisan dan spesialis hydraulic. Dalam perkembangannya, ccI banyak menjalin kerjasama dengan produsen original equipment manufacturer (oeM)

This mining project and development started in 2000. In this project, Kasuari has the task to conduct mining production activities and mining reclamation work using heavy equipment such as dozer, excavators and trucks.
* pT Multi harapan utama Tambang Batubara. In this project Kasuari conducts mining production
activities in one of the excavations. * cv Karya Tani Tambang Batubara.
This project is located at Muara Kamandengan with coal production target of 100,000 tons per month.
* pT Dewata, Loa Buah Tambang Batubara.
Kasuari has been entrusted as the contractor for the project that belongs to Dewata, at the same time as operator that supports operations by using all production tools.
* pT riau Bara harum Tambang Batubara.
Kasuari has been entrusted to be one of the contractors of a mine that belongs to riau Bara located at Siambul. * pT harsco Mineral.
Kasuari plays the role as contractor in harsco’s coal concession.
The sluggish commodity business conditions last year made customers to reduce operations and expansion. In these conditions, Kasuari is very careful in conducting operations. This is the cause why last year Kasuari post small revenues. In anticipation of this year’s uncertain commodity business conditions, Kasuari is positions itself to be selective in implementing projects with mine owners who have good reputations. In addition, Kasuari will also focus on internal mining projects of InTa group.

This subsidiary was established in 1991 as a foreign
investment company (pMa) which was then transformed into a domestic investment company (pMDn) in 1995.
Initially , ccI started business as a hydraulic coating specialist. During its development, ccI established cooperation with many original equipment manufacturers (oeM) to manufacture spare parts and assemble heavy

untuk memproduksi suku cadang dan merakit alat berat. Kini ccI dikenal sebagai perusahaan manufaktur untuk alat-alat konstruksi.
pada tahun 2000, insinyur ccI mulai merancang dan memproduksi truk. hingga akhir tahun lalu tercatat lebih dari 600 unit truk produksi ccI beroperasi di lapangan.
Seiring dengan misi InTa menyediakan solusi total, maka perseroan mengakuisisi 99,9% saham ccI pada tahun 2010 senilai rp 5 miliar. Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan mengkonversi hutang menjadi saham.
ccI memiliki empat kantor cabang yang berlokasi di
Jakarta, Balikpapan, Sangatta, dan Tanjung. Keempat kantor cabang ini menawarkan solusi berikut :
* chromplate : solusi hard chrome, yakni pelapisan hard chroming untuk bagian tertentu pada alat berat. * chromtach : produksi komponen alat berat * chromtrail : produksi karoseri truk.
* chromlite : produksi perlengkapan lampu portabel.
Manufaktur suku cadang ini kemudian dikemas dalam tingkat kecocokan yang tinggi, kualitas yang tinggi, harga kompetitif, serta pengalaman yang panjang di industri manufaktur suku cadang.

Di tahun yang sama, ccI memperoleh ISo 9001:2008 dan ohSaS 18001:2007. pengakuan atas kualitas produk ccI yang terstandar juga berlanjut hingga tahun 2012 ketika ccI memperoleh sertifikasi ISo 14001: 2005. Ketiga sertifikasi terakhir yang diperoleh ccI merupakan sertifikasi yang telah diakui oleh industri internasional sebagai pengakuan atas standar kualitas, keamanan prosedur, serta standar pengelolaan lingkungan, memiliki tenaga kerja kompeten, serta memiliki citra merek yang baik.

along with InTa’s mission to provide total solution, the company acquired a 99.9% stake in ccI in 2010 amounting to rp5 billion. This transaction was carried out by converting debt into equity.
ccI has four branch offices located in Jakarta, Balikpapan, Sangatta, and Tanjung. These four branch offices offerthe following solutions:
* chromplate: hard chrome solution, namely hard chroming coating on certain parts of the heavy equipment.
* chromtach: production of heavy equipment components * chromtrail: truck body production.
* chromlite: production of portable lighting fixtures.
The manufactured spare parts are then packaged into a high level match, high quality, competitive price, and long experience in manufacturing industrial spare parts.
The long experience in producing components has ushered ccI as a company that acquired ISo 9002:1994 certification in 2000. ccI services that originally were only available at the head office of InTa in cakung, Jakarta are then expanded by the opening of a branch office in Balikpapan in 2003. Later in 2009 ccI continued production of components with the launch of four products.
In the same year, ccI acquired ISo 9001:2008 and ohSaS 18001:2007 certifications. The recognition of the quality of ccI standardized products continued until 2012 when ccI acquired ISo 14001: 2005 certification. The last three certifications acquired by ccI are certifications that are recognized by international industries as acknowledgment of quality standards, safety procedures, and environmental management standards, competent workforce, and good brand image.

Sepanjang tahun lalu, pendapatan dari segmen manufaktur juga mengalami penurunan karena bisnis ini masih terkait dengan sektor pertambangan. pada akhir 2013, pendapatan dari sektor manufaktur tercatat mencapai rp 11,4 miliar, menurun 55.02% dibandingkan dengan pendapatan tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar rp 25.513 miliar. hal ini disebabkan adanya penurunan harga jual batubara dan dengan adanya regulasi bidang minerba yang dikeluarkan pemerintah pada beberapa waktu lalu berdampak pada penurunan penjualan alat berat secara umum dan secara khusus juga akan berimbas pada ccI atas penurunan permintaan order produksi manufakturing.
