PENGHIMPUNAN DANA
Selamatahun2009BankJabarBantentetapmelakukanupaya pemasaran yang terintegrasi dalam upaya meningkatkan penghimpunan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK). Caranya dengan melakukanpromosi,pembinaanhubunganyangbaikdengan nasabahcorporatemaupunnasabahretailsertameningkatkan standarkualitaslayananmaupundiversiikasiprodukdanjasa. Penghimpunandanatahun2009mencapaiRp23,72trilliun, meningkat sebesar 29,28 % dibanding tahun 2008 sebesar Rp18,35triliundenganpeningkatanterbesardidominasioleh simpananberjangka.
Pengembangan itur berbasis teknologi terus dikembangkan seiring dengan ketatnya persaingan produk dan layanan berbasis teknologi dikalangan perbankan dalam rangka peningkatanfee-based income.
Beberapapencapaianditahun2009yangmendukungkinerja bidangDanadanJasa,antaralain:
1. Diluncurkannya “Mobil Edukasi Keliling (Mobil Kas Keliling)” untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan pengetahuanprodukperbankankepadanasabahmelalui fasilitasmobiledukasikelilingbersamatenagamarketing. Layanan Operasional yang tersedia yaitu: Layanan ATM Bank Jabar Banten dan Layanan Pembukaan Rekening Tabungan.
2. Fasilitas layanan “Weekend Banking” untuk memenuhi layananmasyarakatpadaharilibur.
3. TandamataDollar,yangmerupakansimpananpihakketiga perorangandannonperoranganpadaBankdalammata uang US Dollar (USD) yang penarikannya hanya dapat dilakukanmenurutsyarattertentuyangdisepakatiantara NasabahdanBankdenganmenggunakanformpenarikan sesuaiketentuanyangberlaku.

FUND RAISING
During 2009, Bank Jabar Banten continued making integrated marketing efforts to increase third party funding (DPK), by doing the promotion, maintaining good relationships with corporate as well as retail customers and improve the service quality standard and diversification of products and service.
Fund raising in 2009 reached up to Rp 23.72 trillion, increased by 29.28% compared to Rp 18.35 trillion in 2008 with the largest increase dominated by time deposits.
Development of technology-based features continude to be developed along with intense competition product and services among technology based banking in order to increase fee-base income.
Some achievements in 2009 to support performance of funds and services, were:
1. The launching of “Mobil Edukasi Keliling (Cash Car Tour)” to improve service quality and banking product knowledge to the customers through cash car tour with marketing staff members. The available operational services in the cash car tour are: ATM Bank Jabar Banten and Saving Account opening. 2. Weekend Banking services to fulfill the community
services during public holidays.
3. Tandamata Dollar, which is a third party deposits of individual and non-individual in the Bank in US Dollar currency, which may only be withdrawn under certain condition agreed by both customers and the Bank using the withdrawal form consistent with applicable regulations.
4. Care facilities through saving book printing machines SSP (Self Service Passbook Printer) that is a passbook printing machine to enable customers to serve themselves without the need to go to the customer service.
5. The development of Bancassurance product, such as:

The development of remittance services of Western Union Bank Jabar Banten by expanding service locations through collaboration with 10 other regional development banks as sub-agents of the Western Union Bank Jabar Banten. These banks have operated as Western Union Bank Jabar Banten since the end of December 2009. These regional development banks are:

Additional 117 ATM units resulted in a total of 247 units of the entire Bank Jabar Banten’s ATM machines in December 2009. The ATM features in development are, among others:
a. Bill Payment feature (electricity) through ATM. b. Bank Jabar Banten acts as an Acquirer Bank in PRIMA
and BERSAMA networks whereas customers holding other bank’s ATM cards, which are listed as members of ATM Prima and ATM BERSAMA, can use the Bank Jabar Banten’s ATM machines.
c. The ATM cards may be used to transfer to or from other bank accounts within the ATM PRIMA and ATM BERSAMA networks.
d. Cash Deposit Machines for cash deposit transaction to accounts within Bank Jabar Banten.
e. The host-to-host connection to provide payment services to TELKOM group.
f. Mobile Banking services with m-ATM Bersama product.
g. Zakat, Infak, Shadaqah, and Wakaf payments through ATM.
h. Padjadjaran University student registration payments at all network ATMs.
i. AXIS and Esia top-up vouchers may be purchased through ATMs.

Ditahun2009kondisibisnismasihdipenuhitantangan akibat krisis inansial global tahun 2008, yang menyebabkansukubungakredityangcukuptinggidan persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam pengumpulan dana, akibatnya volume kredit yang menurun. Kami mencermati hal ini dengan melakukan konsolidasi internalagarmelonjaknyasukubungakredittidakdiikuti dengan kenaikan kredit macet. Pasar Perbankan Ritel dimasa depan akan semakin kompetitif karena hampir semuabanksemakinfokuskepasariniterutamadisisi penggalangandana,KPRdanKartuKredit.
Ditengahlingkunganyangpenuhtantangan,Perbankan Ritel terus mencatat kinerja yang baik di tahun 2009 denganmemberikankontribusipertumbuhanDanaPihak Ketigasebesar22,62%secarabank wide.
Secara keseluruhan posisi penyaluran kredit Bank Jabar Banten,termasukkreditkepadabanklain,selamatahun 2009 sebesar Rp 19,63 triliun. Jumlah ini mengalami kenaikan sebesar Rp 3,2 triliun atau tumbuh sebesar 19,50%dariposisitahun2008sebesarRp16,43triliun. OVERVIEWThe year 2009 saw businesses facing challenges due to the global financial crisis in 2008, causing soaring mortgage interest rates and tougher competition in fund raising, resulting in the decline of credit volume. As we observed the situation, we have consolidated internally to prevent the soaring lending interest rates would not be followed by the increase of non-performing loans. Retail Banking Market in the future will be more competitive because almost all banks put more focus on the market, especially in terms of fund raising, Mortgage and Credit Cards.
Amidst a challenging environment, Retail Banking continued to perform well in the year 2009 with Third Party funds contributed growth of 22.62% bank wide.
The overall position of the Bank Jabar Banten loans, including loans to other banks, during year 2009 amounting to Rp 19.63 trillion. An increase by Rp 3.2 trillion, or 19.50% from Rp 16.43 trillion n 2008. This figure is above the national banking growth of 10.7%.
Growth in consumer loans was also good at 13.14% compared to the year 2008 with the proportion of

Jumlah ini mengalami kenaikan sebesar Rp 3,2 triliun atau tumbuh sebesar 19,50% dari posisi tahun 2008 sebesar Rp 16,43 triliun. Pertumbuhan tersebut, di atas pertumbuhan kredit perbankan nasional sebesar 10,7%. • Loan to Deposit Ratio(LDR)tahun2009mengalami penurunan sebesar 6,97% dibanding tahun 2008 dari89,44%menjadi82,47%.Halinimenunjukkan fungsiintermediasiyangdilakukanolehbankmasih berperancukupbaik.
• Kualitas kredit mengalami penurunan karena kredit yang bermasalah mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,19% dari 0,78% pada tahun 2009 menjadi 1,97%.Peningkatantersebutantaralaindisebabkan adanyaekspansikreditproduktifyangmasihkurang didukung dengan pelaksanaan pemantauan yang konsisten, disamping kondisi perekonomian yang masihbelumstabil.RasioNPLgrossmasihberadadi bawahrasioNPLrata-ratabankumum.

Selain mempertahankancaptive market pada sektor konsumer dan sektor produktif yang mengutamakan sektor UMKM termasuk koperasi, maka dalam rangka meningkatkan portofolio kredit Bank Jabar Banten memilikiperhatianpadasektorkorporasi.

DISTRIBUTION FUND
The overall position of loan distribution of Bank Jabar Banten, including inter-bank loan during 2009 is Rp 19.63 trillion, an increase by 19.50% or Rp 3.2 trillion from Rp 16.43 trillion in 2008. The figure was above the growth of national bank loans of 10.7%. On the other hand, the growth in productive sectors totaled Rp 1.4 trillion or an increase by 44.30% while the growth in consumer sector was Rp 1.7 trillion or an increase by 13.14%.
Loan Ratio
• Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) in 2009 decreased by
6.97% compared to 2008, from 89.44% to 82.47%. It indicated that the intermediary function by the bank remained good.
• Creditqualityhasbeenreducedduetoanincreasein
non-performing loans by 1.19% from 0.78% in 2009 to 1.97%. The increase was caused by expansion on productive loans, which lacked consistent monitoring in addition to the remaining unstable economic condition. NPL gross ratio remained below the average Banks’ NPL.
• NIM Ratio was 7.63%, an increase by 0.82%
compared to the 2008 NIM of 8.45%.
Corporate Credit
In addition to maintain a captive market in consumer and productive sector, prioritizing on micro, small and medium-scale enterprises including cooperatives, Bank Jabar Banten focuses its attention on Corporate Credit in order to increase its loan portfolio.
Kredit Modal Kerja (Umum, Konstruksi dan R/C, Kredit Investasi, Pinjaman Daerah dan Sindikasi merupakan beberapa produk kredit korporasi. Proyek-proyek pembangunan infrastruktur jalan tol,energy power, telekomunikasi, properti dilirik oleh Bank Jabar Banten sebagaisalahsatusektoryangpotensialuntukdibiayai. Pemberiankreditkorporasipadatahun2009mengalami kenaikansebesar39,39%.Kenaikaninidikarenakanpada tahun 2009 Bank Jabar Banten telah ikut berpartisipasi dalampenyediaandanabersama-samadenganbanklain untukproyek-proyekberskalabesardalambentukKredit Sindikasi.
Selama tahun 2009 telah dilakukansigning contract untuk proyek berskala besar dengan total partisipasi sebesar Rp 198 miliar. Sedangkan, pinjaman daerah sebesarRp92miliar.
