menandatangani Perjanjian Kerjasama Distribusi dengan PT Alere Health. Perjanjian tersebut berlaku dari tanggal 01 September 2020 sampai dengan 01 September 2022. Dalam perjanjian ini disebutkan bahwa Entitas sebagai sebagai Supplier Wholesaler alat kesehatan bermaksud untuk menjadi Distributor Non-Eksklusif dengan mendistribusikan dan menjual produk-produk PT Alere Health di seluruh Wilayah yang telah ditetapkan selama masa berlaku perjanjian.
On September 1, 2020, the Entity entered into a Distribution Cooperation Agreement with PT Alere Health. The agreement is valid from September 01, 2020 to September 01, 2022. In this agreement, it is stated that the entity as a supplier of medical devices wholesaler intends to become a non-exclusive distributor by distributing and selling PT Alere Health products in all areas that have been determined during the term of the agreement.
On November 1, 2020, the Entity signed a Distribution Cooperation Agreement with PT Terumo Indonesia.
The agreement is valid from November 01, 2020 to March 31, 2022. In the agreement, it is stated that the entity as a medical device Wholesaler Supplier intends to become the sole and exclusive distributor by promoting, distributing and selling Terumo products in Indonesia to customers during the term of the Agreement.

menandatangani Perjanjian Kerjasama Distribusi dengan PT Terumo Indonesia.
Perjanjian tersebut berlaku dari tanggal 01 November 2020 sampai dengan 31 Maret 2022. Dalam perjanjian disebutkan bahwa Entitas sebagai Supplier Wholesaler alat kesehatan bermaksud untuk menjadi Distributor Tunggal dan Eksklusif dengan mempromosikan, mendistribusikan serta menjual produk-produk Terumo di Indonesia kepada pelanggan selama masa berlaku Perjanjian.

Perjanjian tersebut berlaku selama 3 (tiga) tahun.
Dalam perjanjian disebutkan bahwa Entitas sebagai Supplier Wholesaler alat kesehatan bermaksud untuk menjadi Distributor Eksklusif dengan mempromosikan, mendistribusikan dan menjual produk-produk HMD di Indonesia kepada pelanggan selama masa berlaku Perjanjian.

menandatangani Perjanjian Kerjasama Distribusi No.
PD/002/31/VIII/2020 dengan PT Balaraja Metalindo. Perjanjian tersebut berlaku sejak 01 September 2020 sampai dengan 31 Agustus 2023.
Dalam perjanjian disebutkan bahwa Entitas sebagai Supplier Wholesaler alat kesehatan bermaksud untuk menjadi Distributor dengan mendistribusikan dan menjual produk Surgical dan Non-Surgical Face Mask merk Balmed, produk dari PT Balaraja Metalindo di Indonesia kepada pelanggan selama masa berlaku Perjanjian.
On August 12, 2020, the Entity signed a Distribution Cooperation Agreement No. PD/002/31/VIII/2020 with PT Balaraja Metalindo.
The agreement is valid from September 01, 2020 to August 31, 2023. The agreement states that the entity as a supplier of medical equipment wholesalers intends to become a distributor by distributing and selling Surgical and Non-Surgical Face Mask products from the Balmed brand, products from PT Balaraja Metalindo in Indonesia to customer during the term of the Agreement.

On October 14, 2020, the Entity signed a Distribution Cooperation Agreement No. 018/IRR/QA-LGL/Jkt/X/2020 with PT Royal Sultan Agung. The agreement is valid from November 01, 2020 to October 31, 2021. In the agreement, it is stated that the entity as a supplier of wholesaler of medical devices intends to become the sole distributor by distributing and selling PT Royal Sultan Agung products to the specified institutions during the term of the Agreement.

menandatangani Perjanjian Kerjasama Distribusi No.
011/IRR/QA-LGL/PKS/Jkt/IX/2020 dengan Zenith Material Solution. Perjanjian tersebut berlaku sejak 01 Juli 2020 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2020. Dalam perjanjian disebutkan bahwa Entitas sebagai Supplier Wholesaler alat kesehatan bermaksud untuk menjadi Distributor Tunggal dengan mendistribusikan dan menjual produk APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) produk dari PT Zenith Material Solution di Indonesia kepada Institusi yang ditentukan selama masa berlaku Perjanjian.
On September 8, 2020, the Entity signed a Distribution Cooperation Agreement No. 011/IRR/QA-LGL/PKS/Jkt/IX/2020 with Zenith Material Solution.
The agreement is valid from July 01, 2020 to December 31, 2020. In the agreement, it is stated that the entity as a supplier of medical equipment wholesalers intends to become the sole distributor by distributing and selling PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) products from PT Zenith Material Solution in Indonesia to institutions determined during the term of the Agreement.

Pada tanggal 11 Maret 2020, Organsiasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) telah menetapkan wabah virus corona (“Covid-19”) sebagai pandemi global. Wabah Covid-19 telah menyebabkan terjadinya perlambatan ekonomi global dan domestik.
Pandemi Covid-19 memunculkan beberapa kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah, di antaranya yaitu Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 tentang “Kebijakan Keuangan Negara dan Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan Untuk Penanganan Pandemi Corona” dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang "Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dalam Rangka Percepatan Penanganan Coronavirus Disease-2019". Atas hal tersebut pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan dan kemampuan Entitas dalam mempertahankan usahanya.
On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) established the corona virus outbreak ("Covid-19") as a global pandemic. The Covid-19 outbreak has caused a slowdown in the global and domestic economy.
Covid-19 pandemic raises several policies issued by the government, including Government Regulation in lie of Law Number 1 Year 2020 about "State Financial Policy and Financial System Stability for Handling Corona Pandemic", Government Regulation Number 21 Year 2020 about "Large-scale Social Restrictions in Order to Accelerate Handling of Coronavirus Disease-2019" and Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 9 of 2020 about "Guidelines for Large-scale Social Restrictions in Order to Accelerate Handling of Coronavirus Disease-2019". For this matter the Covid-19 pandemic has both positive and negative impacts on the financial performance and ability of the Entity to sustain its business.
Sampai dengan tanggal dikeluarkannya Laporan Auditor Independen, Entitas tidak sedang terlibat dalam perkara-perkara pidana, perdata, sengketa pajak, dan sengketa-sengketa di badan peradilan di Tata Usaha Negara, Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia, Niaga, maupun Hubungan Industrial di pengadilan di tempat kedudukan Entitas maupun di tempat lainnya.
As of the date of the issuance of the Independent Auditor's Report, the Entity is not involved in criminal, civil, tax disputes, and disputes in the judiciary in the State Administration, the Indonesian Arbitration Agency, Commerce, and Industrial Relations in the court of residence Entity or elsewhere.

Manajemen Entitas bertanggung jawab atas penyusunan dan penyajian laporan keuangan PT Itama Ranoraya, Tbk untuk bulan yang berkahir pada tanggal 30 September 2021. Laporan keuangan telah di setujui oleh Direksi untuk diterbitkan pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2021.
The management of the Entity is responsible for the preparation and presentation of the financial statements of PT Itama Ranoraya, Tbk For The Month Ended September 30, 2021. The financial statements have been approved by the Board of Directors for issue on October 25, 2021.
