MedcoEnergi kembali membuktikan penerapan nilai perusahaan dengan menjadi pionir inovasi dibidang teknologi informasi dan dibuktikan dengan menjadi Perusahan Terbaik Kedua di Bidang Migas dalam e-Company Awards oleh Warta Ekonomi.
Pusat Data Baru
Pada akhir tahun 2008, Perseroan telah menyelesaikan pembangunan Pusat Data baru dengan Tier-2 yang dirancang untuk menopang pertumbuhan MedcoEnergi hingga 10 tahun kedepan dan mampu mentargetkan performance rata-rata 99,5% availability. Dengan adannya Pusat Data ini, MedcoEnergi telah meletakkan dasar bagi pertumbuhan perusahaan yang didukung penuh oleh Teknologi Informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan data yang akurat, serta peningkatan komunikasi dan kolaborasi dimanapun dan kapanpun.
Windows 7
Pada bulan September 2009, MedcoEnergi sebagai salah satu pengguna pioneer Microsoft (early adopter) meluncurkan program standarisasi penggunaan Windows 7 pada setiap perangkat keras PC dan notebooks. Khusus bagi bisnis migas E&P, Windows 7 telah dijadikan standar Sistem Operasi (OS).
Office Communication Server (OCS)
Dalam mendukung upaya terjadinya arus komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien dalam organisasi Grup, MedcoEnergi mengimplementasikan sistem Office Communication Server (OCS), menggantikan sistem PABX, sehingga memungkinkan karyawan untuk berkomunikasi melalui text chatting, voice, bahkan video conference dimanapun dan kapanpun selama terhubung dengan jaringan internet.
Dengan kebijakan Pusat Data dan OCS ini, Perseroan telah menurunkan biaya operasional lebih dari 80% dibandingkan dengan biaya penggunaan sistem PABX dan penghematan potensial untuk perpanjangan sewa PC lebih dari AS$44.000.
Peraturan Bapepam No.X.K.2 dan Peraturan BEI No.I-E.III Lampiran Keputusan Direksi BEI No. Kep-306/BEJ/07-2004 ketentuan No. III.1.6.2 mengenai Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi- Laporan Keuangan Berkala.
Perseroan wajib menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan secara berkala ke BAPEPAM dan BEI yang meliput Laporan Keuangan Tahunan dalam bentuk Laporan Keuangan Auditan, selambat-lambatnya pada akhir bulan ke-3 (ketiga) setelah tanggal Laporan Keuangan Tahunan.
Information Technology [Driven Communications]
MedcoEnergi has once again proven its commitment to implementing corporate values through pioneering innovative solutions in information technology by achieving Second Best Oil and Gas Company in the e-Company Awards given by Warta Ekonomi.
New Data Center
At year-end 2008, the Company completed the construction of a new Data Center with Tier-2 that is designed to support MedcoEnergi’s growth for the next ten years, with the ability to achieve an average availability factor of 99.5%. With the new Data Center in place, MedcoEnergi has laid down the foundation for business growth that is fully supported by Information Technology for decision making based on accurate data, as well as enhancing communication and collaboration at any given time and place.
Windows 7
In September 2009, MedcoEnergi as an early adopter of Microsoft launched the standard use of Windows 7 for every PCs and notebooks. For the Oil & Gas E&P business, Windows 7 has been implemented as the standard Operating System (OS).
Office Communication Server (OCS)
In support of effective and efficient communications within the Group, MedcoEnergi implemented the Office Communication Server (OCS), replacing the PABX system, thus allowing employees to communicate through text chatting, voice, and video conferencing at any given time and place as long as they are connected to the internet.
The Data Center and OCS have managed to reduce the Company’s operational cost by more than 80% compared to using the old PABX system as well as reduce potential rental cost for PCs of more than US$44,000.
Bapepam’s Rule No.X.K.2 and Rule of IDX’s No.I-E.III attachment decision of The Board of Directors of IDX’s No. Kep-306/BEJ/07-2004 – Decree no. III.1.6.2 regarding Concerning The Obligation Of Information Submission Periodical Financial Report
The Company must be submitted periodically submit a Financial Statement to BAPEPAM and IDX covering The audited Annual Financial Statement at the latest at the end of the 3rd (third) month after the date of the Annual Financial Statement.
