KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
6.1 Kesimpulan
Berdasarkan analisa data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa :
1. Penderita Sindroma Koroner Akut yang memiliki nilai ABI abnormal diketahui sebanyak 32 orang (49,23%).
2. Hasil angiografi koroner penderita Sindroma Koroner Akut yang memiliki nilai ABI abnormal lebih banyak menunjukkan stenosis pada lebih dari satu arteri koroner( multivessel disease ) dibandingkan dengan penderita yang memiliki nilai ABI dalam batas normal, dengan nilai p = 0,012.
3. Dari hasil analisis multivariate dijumpai bahwa hanya nilai ABI yang abnormal yang bermakna secara statistic terhadap hasil angiografi koroner menunjukkan multivessel disease, dengan nilai p = 0,023 ( OR=6,52, 95% KI = 1,3-32,71).
6.2 KeterbatasanPenelitian
1. Metodepenelitianbersifatretrospektifsehinggafaktor bias tidakdapatdihindari, 2. Sampelpenelitiankecil.
3. Durasipenelitian yang relatifsingkat.
6.3 Saran
Sebaiknya penelitian dilakukan dengan metode potong lintang dengan durasi penelitian yang lebih lama serta jumlah sampel yang jauh lebih besar sehingga dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih representatif.
