ini disebabkan karena perekrutan karyawan baru serta program pengalihan dari karyawan outsourcing

menjadi karyawan kontrak dan tetap yang dikelola sendiri oleh perusahaan.

Adapun karyawan dengan masa kerja antara 5 s.d. 10 tahun mengalami penurunan tajam menjadi 189 orang (turun 314,81% dari tahun 2009 sejumlah 784 orang). Hal ini juga disebabkan adanya program pengalihan outsourcing menjadi karyawan kontrak dan tetap Bank Muamalat yang pengelolaannya berubah dari pihak ketiga menjadi dikelola sendiri oleh Bank Muamalat.

Dalam tahun 2010 pula, Bank Muamalat melakukan program pengembangan kompetensi kepada para karyawannya melalui kegiatan training yang disusun secara khusus berdasarkan level jabatan, fungsi serta kompetensi masing-masing karyawan. Training

ini bersifat terbuka bagi seluruh karyawan karena selain dijadikan program pengembangan karyawan pada saat awal masuk perusahaan, training ini juga merupakan salah satu reward yang diberikan kepada karyawan atas kinerjanya masing-masing. Total dana yang telah diinvestasikan dalam rangka training pada tahun 2010 mencapai lebih dari 7 milyar. Perusahaan mengharapkan investasi berupa training ini mendapatkan hasil yang positif berupa kompetensi karyawan yang terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu sehingga pada akhirnya bisa berkontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan perusahaan ke depan. Adapun kegiatan training yang telah dilakukan Bank Muamalat pada tahun 2010 dibagi menjadi dua : a. Technical Skill

1. Pelaporan Bank, contohnya : LBUS (Laporan Bank Umum Syariah)

2. Treasury, contohnya : Managing Treasury Risk and Understanding The Treasury Product’s Valuation, Basic Treasury Management, Identifikasi ALMA Modern Berbasis Risiko pasar, kredit dan Likuiditas,

Traesury & Capital Market : Risk Limit Measurment & Valuation, Stress Testing on Banking Exposure.

recruitment program in 2010 and the status change of employees from outsourced employees to contract or full time employees.

There was a significant decrease of employees with years of service between five and ten years, to 189 personnel (a 314,81% decrease from 2009 of 784 personnel). This happened due to change of status from outsourced employees to contract or full time employees of Bank Muamalat, with the management changed from having managed by a third party, now is been managed by Bank Muamalat.

Also in 2010, Bank Muamalat conducted competence development program for the employees through training activities specially designed based on positions, functions and competence of the employees. The training was open for all employees because aside from being used as orientation program for new recruits, the training program was also a reward for employees based on their work performance. Total funds invested for the training in 2010 reached more than IDR 7 billion. The Company expects this investment to bear positif result, such as employees’ competence that is continuously improved from time to time to ultimately give positive contribution to the Company’s development in the future.

The training activities conducted by Bank Muamalat in 2010 were split into two elements:

a. Technical Skill

1. Bank disclosure, such as: LBUS (Sharia Bank General Disclosure)

2. Treasury, such as: Managing Treasury Risk and Understanding the Treasury Product’s Valuation, Basic Treasury Management, Identification of modern market-based risk ALMA, credit and liquidity, Treasury & Capital Market: Risk Limit Measurement & Valuation, Stress Testing on Banking Exposure.

3. Manajemen Risiko, contohnya : Training

Manajemen Risiko & Uji Kompetensi Manajemen Risiko, Training Mengelola & Menghitung Kecukupan Modal Risiko Operasional.

4. Banking Regulations Socialization, such

as: Socialization of Money Laundering Regulations and Terrorist Funding Regulations (APU/PPT), Socialization of Sharia Enlightenment, Training of Integrated Hajj Coordination System (Siskohat).
