5.3. Rekomendasi Penelitian
Beberapa agenda penelitian mendatang yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini antara lain, adalah :
1. Penelitian ke depan perlu mengupayakan agar instrumen pengujian kesesuaian model penelitian dapat memenuhi setidak-tidaknya delapan kriteria atau dengan kata lain Goodness of fit index (GFI) dan Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) meningkat dari marginal menjadi baik, misalnya ke depan perlu memperluas dan menambah jumlah responden dalam penelitian yang
dan indikator dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga hasil penelitian yang akan datang diharapkan menjadi lebih baik dan mampu penyempurnakan kekurangan atau keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini
2. Penelitian mendatang menyempurnakan permodelan penelitian ini dengan memasukan variabel lain yang tidak diuji pada penelitian ini, seperti variabel program pemasaran, merek, kepuasan, harga promosi dan reputasi sebagaimana dalam studi Reid et al (2005: 11–23); Opara et al (2010;.291- 300); Kim et al (2009: 67–80); Stammerjohan et al (2005:55-65) dimana pada studi ini tidak diuji.
3. Penelitian mendatang hendaknya mengarahkan pada pemilihan sampel yang lebih homogen atau sempit, misal pada penguna jasa pada satu jenis industri dan pada wilayah pemasaran yang sangat potensi namun tidak terkelola dengan baik, sehingga informasi dari hasil penelitian dapat menjadi implikasi yang lebih baik bagi meningkatkan perilaku konsumen pada Balai Besar Teknologi Pencegahan Pencemaran Industri (BBTPPI).
