C. Saran
1. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya
a. Menguji behavioral intention pada e-wallet lain.
b. Menambahkan variabel lain yang belum diuji pada penelitian ini seperti keamanan dan privasi.
2. Bagi pengelola GoPay
a. Meningkatkan kinerja GoPay agar pengguna semakin intens dalam menggunakan GoPay. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan memperluas mitra dan kerjasama dengan penyedia layanan lain.
b. Meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan GoPay agar pengguna semakin nyaman menggunakan GoPay. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan membuat aplikasi GoPay yang terpisah dari GoJek agar pengguna GoPay yang bukan pengguna GoJek lebih nyaman menggunakan GoPay. Selain itu, pengguna dapat menghemat penggunaan ruang pada smartphone mereka.
c. Mengurangi tingkat risiko penggunaan GoPay termasuk risiko kegagalan upgrade GoPayPlus. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan peningkatan keamanan GoPay dan pengembangan desain tampilan yang interaktif.
3. Bagi pemerintah Republik Indonesia diharapkan segera mempercepat pemerataan penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) agar transaksi non tunai menjadi lebih mudah dan tidak terbatas pada mitra penyelenggara e-wallet saja sehingga dapat mengakselerasi Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai (GNNT) di Indonesia.
