5.4 Saran

Berdasarkan keterbatasan yang ada dalam penelitian ini, studi masa depan dapat memperluas model yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini untuk memprediksi niat dan penggunaan sistem informasi. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan menambahkan variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan sistem informasi, dilihat dari perhitungan nilai R-square di mana masih ada variabel potensial di luar model yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan sistem informasi.

Terakhir, peneliti masa depan harus menggunakan pendekatan longitudinal untuk memprediksi niat dan penggunaan dari waktu ke waktu. Dengan demikian, model harus divalidasi di berbagai titik dalam waktu. Misalnya, studi masa depan harus mempelajari niat secara bertahap, seperti pra-adopsi dan pasca-adopsi sebuah sistem informasi.
