ABSTRACT
Ultimately, the growth of population will extremely influenced the labor
force. As it grow rapidly, automatically the labor force will increase steadily. Such
condition creates more and more unemployment or the job seekers. In order to
balance it, the unemployment expect to be accomodated in an appropriate job
vacancies which suitable on their skill and education background. It's take
consequence that economy must
be
supply the job field for labor force. Thus, the
entire economic development should enable to decrease the unemployment. Along
the development in the entire economic structure. The rapid growth of economic are
expected to be higher against of the population growth. Furthermore the spread of
economic activity, may possibly decrease the amount of the unemployment.
The labor demand is derived demand.
It
indicates that the labor demand are
depend on the man's demand on goods and services. Along the people's demand on
goods and services are increasing will support the labor demand increasing. On the
other hand, if the demand on the goods and services are decreasing, the labor demand
would decreasing. The long run changement on the labor demand are possibly caused
by the changing of the man's consumption pattern, and also the raising of the labors
productivity and changing of technological usage and production method. In general,
demand of labor can be estimated with measuring growth of economic and each it's
sector, elasticity concept are used by arranging requisition of labor and make
