ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan berubah pekerja, komitmen pekerja terhadap organisasi dan komunikasi organisasi tentang perubahanterhadap penerapan performance management system di PT Permata Hijau Group. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan kantor PT. Permata Hijau Group Medan sebanyak 165 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa skala kesiapan berubah, komitmen terhadap organisasi, komunikasi tentang perubahan organisasi, dan skala penerapan performance management system. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari ketiga variabel independen yaitu kesiapan berubah, komitmen terhadap organisasi dan komunikasi tentang perubahan organisasi terhadap penerapan performance management system (R = 0,927; R2 = 0,860; F = 195,226; p = 0,000). Ketiga variabel independen memiliki kontribusi efektif sebesar 86% terhadap penerapan performance management system. Hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan materi intervensi berupa pelatihan peningkatan kesiapan berubah, komitmen terhadap organisasi, dan komunikasi organisasi tentang perubahan yang diharapkan akan meningkatkan tingkat penerapan performance management system.

Influence of Readiness for Change, Commitment to Organization and Communication of Organizational Change towards Implementation of
Performance Management System at PT. Permata Hijau Group

ABSTRACT
This study is aimed to find outimpactof readiness for change, commitment to organization and communication of organizational change towards implementation of performance management system at PT Permata Hijau Group. Subject of this study were 165 employee of PT. Permata Hijau Group Medan. The measurement tool used in this study were questionnaires with each scale of readiness for change, commitment to organization, communication of organzational change, and implementation of performance management system.Results of multiple linear regression model showed significant and positive impact of all variables, readiness for change, commitment to organization, and communication of organizational change towards implementation of performance management system (R = 0,927; R2 = 0,860; F = 195,226; p = 0,000). This effective contribution from these three variables to implementation of performance management system was 86%. The conclusion of this study furthermore is becoming basis to develop intervention module consisting of training for readiness for change, commitment to organization and communication of organizational change which in turn will hopefully increase implementation level of performance management system.
