Urutan pembuatan konstruksi proses following : a. Upper / Lower Pad Assy

b. Insert Steel / Punch / Cam Assy c. Upper Die Assy d. Lower Die Assy e. Accesories

Konversi data untuk Fox Viewer (VRML / IVZ File) Fox Viewer adalah viewer software yang digunakan untuk melihat tampilan konstruksi 3D solid yang dibuat oleh design.

Kentok ai / Pengecekan konstruksi design

bersama seksi-seksi terkait dengan menggunakan Fox Viewer.

Pembuatan 2D drawing. Konversi data untuk next process : CFIO file untuk proses slice, BN dan NC die/insert di Cad Cam, Konversi dilakukan melalui STEP Converter, yang merubah data STEP menjadi CFIO.

Aktifitas yang dilakukan di TOGO adalah pembuatan machining dan tap attribute. VRML dan IVZ file di buat di original software untuk final pengechekan di fox viewer
