PENGARUH SERTIFIKASI, MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU
DI SMP NEGERI 3 TANJUNG MORAWA
Sertifikasi adalah pemberian sertifikat kepada guru profesional diikuti dengan pemberian tunjangan profesi. dengan harapan, guru akan semakin meningkatkan kinerjanya. namun adanya anggapan bahwa sertifikasi merupakan puncak karir guru, membuat guru merasa puas dan tidak meningkatkan kinerjanya
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sertifikasi, Motivasi Berprestasi Dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Morawa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksplanasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang sudah mendapat sertifikasi sebanyak 42 guru. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan variabel bebas, yaitu sertifikasi, motivasi berprestasi dan komitmen dan variabel terikat yaitu kinerja guru.
Hasil peneltian menunjukkan secara parsial dan simultan sertifikasi, motivasi berprestasi dan komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terlihat bahwa nilai R = 0.738. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel sertifikasi, motivasi berprestasi dan komitmen terhadap kinerja sebesar 73.8% yang berarti memiliki hubungan yang erat. Nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0.545. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 54.5% faktor-faktor kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh pengaruh sertifikasi, motivasi berprestasi dan komitmen.

PERFORMANCE IN SMP NEGERI 3 TANJUNG MORAWA
Certification is a professional certification for teachers followed by administration of a professional allowance . with expectations, teachers will further improve its performance. but the notion that the certification is the culmination of a teacher 's career, making teachers feel satisfied and did not improve its performance
The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze the influence of sertification, achievement motivation and commitment to teacher performance in SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Morawa. The type of this research is explanation method. Population in this research is the teachers who have received certification of 42 teachers. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis, the independent variables, namely certification, achievement motivation and commitment and the dependent variable is the performance of teachers.
Results of a study showed partial and simultaneous certification , achievement motivation and commitment to positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers. Based on testing coefficient of determination ( R2 ) shows that the value of R = 0.738 . This shows that the relationship between the variables of certification , achievement motivation and commitment to the performance of 73.8 % , which means having a close relationship . Adjusted R Square of 0545 . It shows that 54.5 % performance factors can be explained by the influence of certification , achievement motivation and commitment .
