ABSTRAK
Rahmat Hidayat, 210110070220. 2013. Skripsi ini berjudul Konstruksi Makna From Lossy To Glossy Anggota Hitman System. Pembimbing utama Dr. Hj. Purwanti Hadisiwi, M.Ext. Ed dan Pembimbing pendamping Iwan Koswara, Drs. M.Si . Konsentrasi Komunikasi Pemasaran, jurusan Manajemen Komunikasi, Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami makna lossy to glossy pada anggota hitman system dengan menganalisis motif, makna lossy, makna glossy dan pola interaksi pada tiap informan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dari Schutz. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan langsung.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa informan memiliki alasan khusus dalam bergabung dengan hitman system. Sebelum bergabung dengan hitman system, informan mengetahui informasi mengenai hitman system melalui teman dan media sosial. Informan merasakan perubahan positif dengan kehidupan romansa dan sosialnya setelah bergabung dengan hitman system. Selanjutnya informan memaknai proses from lossy to glossy berbeda-beda berdasarkan motif dan pengalaman yang telah dilalui..

Members of Hitman System. Dr. Hj. Purwanti Hadisiwi M.Ext. Ed as the main
conselour and Iwan Koswara Drs. M.Si as the associate counselor. Concentrated
in Marketing Communications, majoring in Communication Management,
Communication Science Faculty, University of Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
This study aims to understand the meaning of lossy to glossy in members
hitman system by analyzing the motives, meanings lossy, meaning glossy and
interaction patterns on each informant.
The research method used was a qualitative research method of Schutz's
phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques in this study were
obtained through in-depth interviews and direct observations.
The results of this study indicate that the informant had a special reason in
joining the hitman system. Prior to joining hitman system, informants informed
about hitman system through friends and social media. Informants felt a positive
change with romance and social life after joining the hitman system. Furthermore
conceptualizing informant from lossy to glossy vary by motives and experiences
that have been passed ..
The conclusion of this research is the motive of the past associated with
distrust of the ability of self in the field of romance, the bitter experience of
romance, and the influence of close friends. While the motive for the future
related to the desire to become an expert in the field of romance and know the
limits of self-efficacy in learning new things. Meaning lossy formed from two
factors, namely factors from within and from outside factors. Meaning glossy
molded from experience hitman training system is to change the mindset of the
romance, transform themselves into a more attractive appearance, conduct hit
and creates a glossy name in accordance with the vision and mission of self.
