ABSTRAK
Latar belakang : Obat Vinkristin merupakan salah satu obat kemoterapi pada anak
penderita Leukemia Limfoblastik (LLA) yang memiliki dampak neurologis pada sistem
saraf perifer berupa neuropati perifer. Jumlah akumulasi dosis obat Vinkristin dapat
menyebabkan penurunan kecepatan hantar saraf sehingga memicu terjadinya
neuropati perifer.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara akumulasi dosis
obat kemoterapi Vinkristin terhadap penurunan kecepatan hantar saraf sebagai deteksi
dini terjadinya neuropati perifer.
Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan secara cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan
Februari 2015 sampai Mei 2015 RS.H Adam Malik Medan, Subjek penelitian ini adalah
26 anak LLA yang sedang menjalani kemoterapi, Pemeriksaan KHS dilakukan setelah
pemberian obat vinkristin. Data di analisa dengan uji korelasi spearman.
Hasil : Secara elektrofisiologikal terdapat 24 anak mengalami neuropati perifer. Rerata
akumulasi dosis obat vinkristin adalah 8.82 mg. Korelasi antara akumulasi dosis
Vinkristin terhadap KHS : Medianus motorik ( r= -0.27; P=0.17), ulnaris motorik wrist (r=
-0.13; P= 0.51), ulnaris motorik elbow (r= -0.04; P=0.82), medianus sensorik (r=0.10;
P=0.60), Ulnaris sensorik (r= -0.18; P=0.35), Peroneus motorik (r= -0.19; P=0.35) tibialis
motorik (r= 0.05; P=0.79), and suralis sensorik (r= 0.09; 0.63).
Kesimpulan: Ditemukan korelasi negative yang lemah antara jumlah akumulasi dosis
obat kemoterapi vinkristin dengan penurunan KHS.

Abstract
Background : Vincristine is one of chemotherapy drugs for children with Acute
Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) that has neurological effects on the peripheral nervous
system. It makes a decrease in the nerve conduction velocity (NCV) that causing the
peripheral neuropathy.
Objective: To analyse the correlation between the accumulated dose of chemotherapy
drug vincristine and the decreasing of the NCV.
Methods : A cross sectional study was conducted in H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan
from February to May 2015. Participants were 26 children with ALL who get the
chemotherapy. Spearman test was used to analyse the correlation between
accumulated dose of vincristine and NCV.
Result : Of 26 participants, based on electrophysiologically there were 24 children had
peripheral neuropathy. The average of accumulated dose of Vincristine was 8.82 mg.
The correlation found between the number of accumulated dose of vincristine and NCV
: median nerve motor (r= -0.27; P=0.17), wrist ulnar nerve motor (r= -0.13; P=0.51),
elbow ulnar nerve motor (r=-0.04; P=0.82), medianus nerve sensory (r= 0.10; P=0.60),
Ulnar nerve sensory (r= -0.18; P=0.35), Peroneus nerve motor (r= -0.19; P=0.35) tibialis
nerve motor (r= 0.05; P=0.79), and suralis nerve sensory (r=0.09; 0.63)
Conclusion :There was a weak negative correlation between the number of
accumulated dose of Vincristine and the decreasing of NCV.
