Set induction

1. Get pupils to list what do they need to prepare for the “ Rainy Day”.. 2. Get pupils to decide if they have enough money saving.

1. Teacher reads and discusses the text on TB page 15 2. Teacher explains the new words.

1. Teacher displays a picture of monthly budget pie chart. 2. Elicit responses based on the pictures.

3. Teacher writes key words on the board.

4. Teacher models sentences based on the key words.

5. Pupils label the section of the pie chart with sentences given. Post-writing

1. Pupils get into groups and choose one activity and create one simple chart .of their own
