dan jawaban dari Bapak/Ibu diharapkan objektif artinya diisi apa adanya.

Angket ini bukan tes psikologi dari atasan atau dari manapun yang artinya

semua jawaban Bapak/Ibu adalah benar adanya dan jawaban yang diminta sesuai

dengan kondisi yang dirasakan, karena itu data dan identitas Bapak/Ibu akan
