PENGARUH DANA BAGI HASIL PAJAK, DANA BAGI HASIL BUKAN PAJAK, DAN DANA ALOKASI UMUM TERHADAP PENGALOKASIAN
ANGGARAN BELANJA MODAL PADA PEMERINTAHAN KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI
SUMATERA SELATAN
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Dana Bagi Hasil Pajak, Dana Bagi Hasil Bukan Pajak, dan Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh terhadap Pengalokasian Anggaran Belanja Modal Pada Pemerintahan Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Pemerintahan Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang mempublikasikan Laporan APBD dan Laporan Realisasi APBD periode 2009-2012. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.
Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dana Bagi Hasil Pajak, Dana Bagi Hasil Bukan Pajak, dan Dana Alokasi Umum sebagai variabel independen dan Pengalokasian Anggaran Belanja Modal sebagai variabel dependen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS 19.0 for windows.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Secara Simultan Dana Bagi Hasil Pajak, Dana Bagi Hasil Bukan Pajak, dan Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengalokasian Anggaran Belanja Modal. Secara parsial, Dana Bagi Hasil Bukan Pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengalokasian Anggaran Belanja Modal. Sedangkan Dana Bagi Hasil Pajak dan Dana Alokasi Umum tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengalokasian Anggaran Belanja Modal.

THE INFLUENCE OF TAX PRODUCT SHARED FUND, NATURE RESOURCES PRODUCT SHARED FUND, AND GENERAL ALLOCATION
FUND TO THE CAPITAL EXPENDITURE BUDGET ALLOCATION AT DISTRICTS OR CITIES ADMINISTRATION
OF SOUTH SUMATERA
The purpose of this research is to determine whether Tax Product Shared Fund, Nature Resources Product Shared Fund, and General Allocation Fund to The Capital Expenditures Budget Allocation at Districts or Cities Administration Of South Sumatera either simultaneously or partially. The population of this research is the districts or cities administration ofSouth Sumatra which published the Budget Report and Budget Realization Report on 2009-2012. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling method.
Variables used in this study are the Tax Product Shared Fund, Nature Resources Product Shared Fund, and General Allocation Fund as an independent variable, the Capital Expenditure Budget Allocation as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with SPSS 19.0 for Windows.
The results of this study showed that simultaneous, Tax Product Shared Fund, Nature Resources Product Shared Fund, and General Allocation Fund to the Capital Expenditure Budget Allocation. Partially, The Nature Resources Product Shared Fund effect to The Capital Expenditure Budget Allocation, But Tax Product Shared Fund and General Allocation Fund do not effect to The Capital Expenditure Budget.
