Tujuan penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui “Kualitas Pelayanan Rekening Giro Pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)
Tbk. Cabang Bandung”, yang mencakupi: Syarat-syarat, Proses dan Layanan dalam pratransaksi dan pascatransaksi pelayanan listrik prabayar, serta mengetahui permasalahan dan penyelesaiannya pelayanan rekening giro pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)Tbk. Cabang Bandung.

Kartika Ercanti, NPM 210403100036, Majoring in Business Communication. This final assignment is entitled “The Service Quality of Clearing Account at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero Tbk. In Bandung Region (Branch)” with Dedi Rumawan, S.Sos., M.Si, as the Advisor. Business Communication Program, Diploma III Program, Communication Science Faculty, Padjadjaran University.
The purpose of this research is to know the service quality of clearing acount at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) in Bandung Region (Branch) , which includes: requirement, proccess and service in pre-transaction and
post-transaction of prepaid electricity payment, and to know the problems and their solutions in clearing account service at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)
Tbk. in Bandung Region (Branch).
The method used in this observation is descriptive, in which this method
shows only situations and events. This observation was done by analyzing and interpreting data collected by observations, interviews, and literthure studies.
The result of this observation shows that the service quality of clearing
acount at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. in Bandung Region (Branch) is qualified because it has fulfilled the service standar, in the
pretransaction process as well as after transaction process. BTN could handle the problems related to clearing account service by way of win win solution
