Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui alasan responden memilih berbelanja
atau berjualan online di www.tokobagus.com dan untuk mengetahui proses
transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli di situs www.tokobagus.com. Subjek
penelitiannya adalah pembeli dan penjual di situs www.tokobagus.com sebagai
sarana transaksi jual beli online yang berjumlah sepuluh responden.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi
kasus dimana pertanyaannya melalui isu dalam tema yang dieksplorasi ; Mengapa
pembeli memilih belanja online di situs www.tokobagus.com? Mengapa penjual
memilih berjualan online di situs www.tokobagus.com? Bagaimana proses
terjadinya transaksi jual beli online antara penjual dan pembeli di situs
www.tokobagus.com?
Hasil penelitiannya alasan pembeli memilih berbelanja online di situs
www.tokobagus.com karena kemudahan mengakses, situs resmi terpercaya,
terlengkap, dan menjual barang unik yang langka.dibandingkan situs online
lainnya. Alasan penjual memilih berjualan online di situs www.tokobagus.com
karena tidak memungut biaya dan jangka waktu tayang iklan di situs
www.tokobagus.com lebih lama dibandingkan dengan situs online lainnya, serta
memungkinan terjualnya barang atau jasa di situs ini sangat tinggi. Proses
terjadinya transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli di situs www.tokobagus.com
awalnya pembeli mulai mencari barang yang dibutuhkannya, setelah menemukan
iklan yang terkait, pembeli segera menghubungi penjual dalam iklan tersebut. Bila

The purpose of the study to determine why respondents choose to shop or
sell online in www.tokobagus.com and to know the process of transactions
between sellers and buyers on the site www.tokobagus.com. Research subjects are

The method used was a qualitative method to approach the question
