59 A. Simpulan
Dari rumusan masalah yang diajukan analisis data yang telah dilakukan dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan pada bab sebelumnya maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa.
1. Variabel nilai-nilai islam memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Hal itu ditunjukkan oleh hasil nilai uji regresi. Didukung oleh hasil uji hipotesis melalui uji t yang menolak Ho dimana (α)<0,05 atau 0,00<0,05.
2. Diantara tiga variabel tersebut, variabel keadilan (X3) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. T hitung X3 = 9,366. Nilai sig = 0,000.
H0 ditolak jika nilai Sig (Probabilitas) < 0,05 B. Saran
Dari hasil penelitian, ada beberapa saran yang dapat diajukan disini yaitu antara lain:
1. Bagi bank syariah
Setiap bank syariah diharapkan lebih mensosialisasikan dan mempromosikan bank syariahnya. Baik prinsip nilai-nilai Islam pada bank berbasis syariah maupun yang lainnya. Misalnya keunggulan bank syariah, manfaat dan
keuntungan menjadi nasabah bank syariah, produk-produk bank syariah, fasilitas pelayanan yang tersedia, penambahan jaringan ATM, penambahan kantor cabang, melakukan kerjasama dengan instansi pemerintah untuk perluasan jaringan dll.
2. Praktisi dan akademisi perbankan syariah
Bagi para praktisi dan akademisi dunia perbankan syariah agar lebih mengintensifkan dan mengoptimalkan forum-forum seperti seminar atau sejenisnya sebagai sarana sosialisasi dan penyadaran masyarakat terhadap perbankan syariah.
Bagi para peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan bisa menemukan dan membahas faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah pada bank syariah.
