Changes In The Composition Of Members Of The Board Of Directors
Selama tahun 2020, telah terjadi beberapa kali perubahan komposisi Anggota Direksi ICON+. Melalui Keputusan RUPS Sirkuler tanggal 15 Mei 2020, RUPS telah menetapkan pemberhentian Bapak Anindita Eka Wibisono dari jabatannya sebagai Direktur Finance and Human Capital dan menetapkan Bapak Ivan Cahya Permana sebagai Pejabat Pelaksana Tugas Direktur Finance and Human Capital sehingga susunan Direksi menjadi sebagai berikut:

hopes that the corporate social responsibility program can positively impact, especially for the community and the environment around the Company's operational areas and stakeholders in general. Through corporate social responsibility programs, ICON+ strives to create harmonious relationships with the community and the surrounding environment to sustain the Company business.
Throughout 2020, the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program was generally realized in the form of support for education, social assistance, internet services, and special support related to the Covid-19 pandemic. The realization of the cost of implementing the CSR program in 2020 is IDR860 million, which has increased compared to the previous year's realization of IDR745 million..
During 2020, there have been several changes in the composition of the ICON+ Board of Directors. Through the Circular GMS Decision dated May 15, 2020, the GMS has determined the dismissal of Mr. Anindita Eka Wibisono from his position as Director of Finance and Human Capital and appointed Mr. Ivan Cahya Permana as Acting Director of Finance and Human Capital. So that the composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:

Furthermore, on June 12, 2020, through the Circular GMS Decision, the GMS changed the composition of the Board of Directors by stipulating the dismissal of Mr. Iwan Purwana from his position as Acting President Director and Mr. Ardian Cholid from his position as Acting Director of Electricity and Wholesale Business concurrently Director of Enterprise Business. Through the same decision, the Shareholders also appointed Mr.
Yuddy Setyo Wicaksono as Acting President Director, Mr. Yuni Suryanto as Director of Finance and Human Capital, Mr. Ignatius Rendroyoko as Acting Director of Electricity and Wholesale Business, and Mrs. Julita Indah as Acting Director of Digital Solutions and Business Development. Thus, the composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:
Selanjutnya pada tanggal 12 Juni 2020 melalui Keputusan RUPS Sirkuler, RUPS melakukan perubahan komposisi Anggota Direksi dengan menetapkan pemberhentian Bapak Iwan Purwana dari jabatannya sebagai Plt. Direktur Utama dan Bapak Ardian Cholid dari jabatannya sebagai Plt. Direktur Electricity and Wholesale Business merangkap Direktur Enterprise Business. Melalui keputusan yang sama, Pemegang Saham juga menetapkan pengangkatan Bapak Yuddy Setyo Wicaksono sebagai Plt. Direktur Utama, Bapak Yuni Suryanto sebagai Direktur Finance and Human Capital, Bapak Ignatius Rendroyoko sebagai Plt.

Terakhir pada tanggal 8 Desember 2020 melalui Keputusan RUPS Sirkuler, RUPS kembali melakukan perubahan komposisi Anggota Direksi dengan menetapkan pemberhentian Bapak Ivan Cahya Permana dan Bapak Zulheldi dari jabatannya masing- masing sebagai Plt. Direktur Enterprise Business dan Plt. Direktur Service Excellence. Berdasarkan Keputusan RUPS Sirkuler tersebut, RUPS juga telah menetapkan pengangkatan Bapak I Putu Riasa sebagai Direktur Service Excellence dan Bapak Ismail Deu sebagai Direktur Digital Solusion and Business Development.
Dengan demikian sampai dengan akhir tahun 2020, seluruh Anggota Direksi telah ditetapkan RUPS secara definitif dengan komposisi sebagai berikut:
