Uraian Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh self efficacy dan curiosity and exploration terhadap kematangan karir. Penelitian di desain sebagai penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas YARSI dengan jumlah sampel 182 responden.
Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy, dan curiosity and exploration dapat dijadikan model dengan tingkat kesesuaian (fit) besar (GoF=0,367) yang dapat memprediksi (Q2=0,423) pengaruhnya terhadap kematangan karir. Self efficacy dan curiosity and exploration masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kematangan karir (p-value < 0,01). Tinjauan Islam menjelaskan bahwa individu yang memiliki self efficacy tinggi tidak akan mudah putus asa karena keyakinan dan semangatnya yang kuat. curiosity and exploration dalam Al-Qur’an dijelaskan bahwasannya manusia memang dituntut untuk mencari tahu tentang ilmu pengetahuan. Semua hal tersebut dapat memiliki pengaruh baik terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa jika didasari dengan keyakinan, sikap pantang meyerah dan memiliki ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract Description
This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of self efficacy and curiosity and exploreation on career maturity. The research is designed as an explanatory research. The study population was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, YARSI University with a total sample of 182 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling Method. The results showed that self-efficacy, curiosity and exploration can be used as models with a large degree of fit (GoF = 0.367) which can predict (Q2 = 0.423) the effect on career maturity. Self-efficacy and curiosity and exploration each had a positive and significant effect on career maturity (p-value
<0.01). The Islamic review explains that individuals who have high self-efficacy will not easily give up because of their strong beliefs and enthusiasm. Curiosity and exploration in the Al-Qur'an. that humans are required to find out about science. All of these things can have a good influence on student career maturity if they are based on belief, an attitude of never giving up and having knowledge.
