Abstract
The confounding factors effect like gender, age and smoking status in micronucleus frequencies was assess in all samples
Comment:
The confounding factors effect like gender, age and smoking status in micronucleus frequencies was assessed in all samples
Abstract
The small numbers of samples that have XRCC3 variant alleles found in this study may contribute that there was no significant different difference of MN frequencies between wildtype allele (Thr/Thr) and mutant allele (Thr/Met or Met/Met). Further study using a larger larger samples and MN assay in combination with human pan-centromeric probe should be conduct conducted to ensure this study results. Other SNP in XRCC3 gene also should be examining in further study to know whether those SNP can contribute to the increase of MN frequencies

Same with line 1-3 above

104-105
The controls samples were those who had never been occupationally exposed to ionizing radiation.
Comment:
The statement of the control sample is not clear enough. It is necessary to add some explanation whether the control is also working in the same division as the sample subject but without any work-related exposure to hazardous agents/radiation, or the control is from outside of the CMPR
107-110
Reactor Operational Division was choose because based on the report in 2011, it was known that this division have the highest mean of effective dose for whole body exposure in 2007 until 2011

All DNA preparations then stored at 4°C until it was ready to be used 351-353 Please specify the age range of sample.
377-393 Conclusion should be re-written in such away in order to give the comprehensive summary of the study

Suggestion
Move the sentences to the recommendation part Final comments and recommendations:
1. In general, this research is valuable to give information on the influence of low dose ionizing radiation to health figures of radiation worker at Center for Multi Purpose Reactor, Serpong Indonesia as the data base on the health condition of radiation worker of CMPR. Similar research has been done by many researchers for example as in Ref: Mutagenesis, 2002, Vol 17, N0. 5, p.
405-409.
2. In experimental method: it is better if there is any additional data on the number of either sample or control: number of smoker subject and age or non-smoker subject and age; number of male subject and age or female and age, respectively
3. Correction should be made based on the reviewer comments or suggestions 4. This paper can be accepted with some revisions as recommended by reviewer This paper is recommended to be
