There are two significant indicators related to outcome in management of

intracranial hemorrhage in Vitamin K Deficiency Bleeding: reversal of hemostasis function/hemoglobin measures and improvement of GCS after decompression procedures. The author has shown significant reversal of blood measures but has not yet indicate immediate GCS improvement after surgery. It has been well established that post surgical GCS change has predictive values to long-term outcome. It would be interesting to look deeper why patient no. 4 with the worst pre surgical GCS has the worst outcome.

The author indicated that duraplasty might be important factor of decompression in improving outcome. Elaboration on this by comparison to non duraplasty cases would be much more informative, especially in small numbers of case series.

The authors report the outcome in five patients with intracranial bleeding

secondary to acquired prothrombin complex deficiency (APCD) submitted to craniotomy with duraplasty.

In introduction, authors should be more clear about the aim of the current study in the last paragraph. Beside this, they could include the background of the literature to the aim of the present study.

In Methods, they should explain better the methodology protocol of the study.

Authors should explain all the steps very clearly, the inclusion and exclusion criteria also are needed.

In discussion, previous data should be compared to the current study.

The English grammar must be reviewed.

This article is to show improved outcomes after surgery in some Vit K Deficiency Bleeding. I would recommend the author to elaborate more on this matter in discussion and put more among few of similar studies (1) to support his argument and conclusions.
