PROCEDURE :
PIRTEnsure that business actors and food products produced meet the standards set by BPOM
Register through the SPP-IRT Application which is
integrated with the OSS (Online Single Submission) System 1.

a. Visit the official OSS website.
b. After that, Login to the OSS system. If you don't have access rights, you can create one first, by clicking here.
c. After entering the OSS page, select the PB-UMKU option on
the top page. Then, click on new application.

d. Select the green option, UMKU Business Licensing Process.
Then, click Submit UMKU Business Permit.
e. Next, select the type of UMKU business permit that will be submitted. Search for SPP IRT in the search field provided.
f. Click on Fulfillment of PB UMKU Requirements in the K/L System. After that, you will be redirected to a new page to fill out the requirements.
g. Complete the SPPIRT account registration form, then click Register. If so, please login with the NIB number and password that was created.

h. Select the New Proposal option, to fill out the commitment fulfillment form. After filling in, click Save.
i. In the next stage, please fill in the product data column, product label column, then, personal statement confirmation column to fulfill the commitment.
j. After success, click Sync Data. Then, send data. If so, the oss status column will say "Sent by OSS", which means the PIRT number has been issued.
k. Return to the OSS home page. Then, print UMKU business permits.

Business operators send the application documents to BPJPH.
It can be submitted directly to BPJPH or through regional (provinces) Halal Satgas at PTSP of the Ministry of Religious Affairs or
submitted to email: [email protected] BPJPH checks the application documents
BPJPH appoints the LPH to do the inspection
LPH conducts inspection and/or testing of product halalness. The results of the inspection/test are then submitted by LPH to BPJPH 1.

6. MUI determines the product's halalness through the MUI halal fatwa assembly. The results of the determination of the product's halalness are then submitted by MUI to BPJPH
