Bertambahnya jumlah pekerja dan akan masuknya bangunan PMI ke area kantor dinas kesehatan membuat luas bangunan tidak cukup untuk menampung kegiatan didalamnya, kedua fungsi tersebut juga memiliki karakter yang berbeda, Dinas kesehatan sebagai bangunan gedung negara, dan PMI sebagai bangunan pelayanan publik. Redesign kantor dinas kesehatan dengan penerapan konsep Arsitektur Minimalis menjadi salahsatu solusi untuk menyelelsaikan masalah tersebut, Redesign kantor dinas kesehatan dilaksanakan dengan penambahan fungsi PMI dalam massa bangunan yang berbeda. Konsep minimalis dengan pendekatan efisiensi dan penggunaan material diterapkan pada setiap elemen perancangannya. Pendekatan efisiensi dan penggunaan material pada kedua bangunan bisa dilihat dari bentuk-bentuk geometri sederhana sebagai upaya untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan ruang,eliminasi pada ornament, dan warna bangunan yang monochrome merupakan karakter dari arsitektur minimalis tentu dengan beberapa penyesuaian dengan lokasi site yang berada di iklim tropis.
Olahan ruang luar dan ruang dalam seperti sirkulasi, olahan landscape dan interior dibuat sederhana, efektif dan efisien. Penerapan konsep arsitektur minimalis dengan tema efisiensi dan penggunaan material, diselaraskan dengan permasalahan yang ada dan kebiasaan perkantoran modern yang minimalis, praktis dan efektif.

Title : The Design of the Office of Health and Community Services With the Application of Minimalist Architectural Concepts

The increase of workers and the entry of PMI buildings into the office health service makes the building area enough to accommodate the activities in it, both functions also have different characters, the Health Service as a government building, and PMI as a public service building. The redesign of the health office office by applying the concept of Minimalist Architecture is one of the solutions to resolve this problem. The minimalist concept with the approach of efficiency and material election is applied to every element of design. Efficiency and material use approaches in both buildings can be seen from simple geometric shapes in an effort to maximize the use of space, elimination of ornamentation, and monochrome building colors which are the characters of minimalist architecture with certain adjustments to the location of sites in tropical climates. Processed outdoor and interior spaces such as circulation, processed landscape and interior are made simple, effective and efficient. The application of the concept of minimalist architecture with the theme of efficiency and materials election, harmonized with existing problems and habits of modern offices that are minimalist, practical and effective.
