Summary of Assessment Report of the RSPO Certification
The company had 3 licensed boiler operators and the license is still in its validity period. The company had 1 OHS Electrical Technician, this is in accordance with the Labor Ministerial Regulation No. The company had 11 operators holding Heavy Equipment Licences, but it is known that there are 9 licenses that have lapsed.
The company keeps all evidence of the completion of the registration of land problems in the past. The company has archived all documents related to the process of return of land ever made. Based on document review and field visits, it is known that the company implemented an empty fruit bunch as a recycling of nutrients.
Based on the map, it is known that the types of soil in the company are sandy and peaty. Agronusa Investama POM - PT Agronusa Investama (Wilmar International Limited) has registered for RSPO certified products that are CSPO and CSPK through the RSPO IT Platform, member registration number: RSPO_PO10000002130. In terms of PIPIP 10, there is no area of the company (based on location permit) that is in the moratorium area. When PIPI 11 was released, a portion of the company was in the updated peat moratorium map. There is an obstacle on the processing of HGU. Before proceeding with the HGU process, the company must complete the requirement for 20% area allocation for small farmers.
The company must resolve this issue first before being able to proceed with the HGU process.
Identification of Findings, Corrective Action, Observations, OFI and Noteworthy Positive Components

There is no problem regarding the negative impact on the environment caused by the management of estate and factory in PT. The company has provided training on best management practices for smallholder farmers members and employees. To organize the CSR program, the company must be aware of the situation and condition of the village.
There were no issues regarding complaints from the other parties regarding the impact of plantation and factory activities on the environment. Until the audit is conducted, there have been no complaints regarding sexual harassment and discrimination. The company has implemented the minimum wage according to the Governor's Decree on the Sectoral Minimum Wage for 2017.
Union has socialized in terms of minimum wage for the year 2017 and wholesale price of combine harvesters according to tonnage for the year 2107. Employment contract will be revised according to the conditions, such as freight price adjustments of operating costs (fuel prices). Payment of PT ANI Sambas is classified as current in accordance with a clause in the employment agreement letter.
Based on interview with the local contractor who knows that the payment process was regular as clause in contract and there was no problem regarding consistent time of payment in each month.
