THEORETICAL UNDERPINNING

As such, the current study aims to build a new framework for increasing CRM adoption among SMEs in KZN. This would provide a more in-depth understanding of CRM adoption by SMEs in developing countries, particularly in South Africa.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK AND RESEARCH HYPOTHESIS

Attention needs to be shifted away from the insurance available in the business and towards the viability of the business and the capabilities of the owner (Garatsa and Dlamini 2021). H5: Relative advantage will significantly influence attitudes towards adoption of CRM strategies by KZN SMEs.

Organisational Context

The technological context is related to external and internal technological tools and processes (Junior, Oliveira and Yanaze 2019). Compatibility, technology competence, relative advantage, security, complexity and data quality are some of the key determinants in the technological context (Ngah, Zainuddin and Thurasamy 2017) and are therefore included as variables in the technological factors for this study.

The influence on the decision to adopt an innovation are what Chavoshi, Sim and Hee (2015) call organizational characteristics. Top management support, employee commitment, perceived benefits, company size, and financial commitment are the variables included in this construct.

The ongoing digital agriculture trend is increasing the urban-rural divide in agribusiness (Afifi et al., 2014).

The influence of family business and social capital on entrepreneurial intentions among female university students in the Philippines. The study explores the influence of social capital and family business on entrepreneurial intention among female university students in the Philippines. Therefore, there is no significant relationship between bonding social capital and entrepreneurial intention among female students in the Philippines.

The aim of the study was to determine the role of the principle of consistency in the method of income recognition on the income statement. The consistent application of the revenue recognition method within the company is appropriate with the provisions of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (FSAK). Companies must pay attention to the principle of consistency from the application of the revenue recognition method to the calculation of the income statement for the relevant period.

Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. The mean and standard deviation of the level of agreement on the factors influencing the repurchase intention of buyers and users of local woven bags in Ifugao are shown in Figure 1. Due to the features or characteristics indicated, the results suggest that woven bags in the province are marketable. Experiences, influences and perceptions are the motivations of the local buyers of local handwoven bags for repurchase intention.
