Through 30DaysofNight: Dark Days (2010) movie Ben Ketai shows the existence of humans is different based on their choice, act, being, which determine the existence of people. Humans have to choose the goal of their life, that is started on their being which has sign an action that show their goal in life. These have requirement to define their existence that is consciousness, humans need consciousness to reach their goal. It implies at the major characters of their own existence to reach the change. All of the activities based on what is the goal in their life. They are conscious to reach and define theirself as their goal. Stella is in full conscious when she is in her existence. She has to be free to choose. This is evidence that every human being also exists. She makes her own existence by her freedom to choose in her life which indicates that the people have to be free to choose. Nothing influences her to choose. Ben Ketai shows the existence of humans by giving the choices in her life. Every choice is based on their goal in their life; the requirement of the choice must be freedom to choose, and no one who influences their choice. Humans must be aware and also have consciousness to choose. This phenomena is always occurring in human existence, human being will face the condition obliging it to chosen one of the choice, this phenomena is called anxiety.
This research is descriptive qualitative research. Type of data of the study is text and image taken from two data sources: primary and secondary. The primary data source is the 30DaysofNight: Dark Days movie directed by Ben Ketai released in 2010. While the secondary data sources are other materials taken from books, journals, and internet related to the study. Both data are collected through library research and analyzed by descriptive analysis.
30DaysofNight: Dark Days (2010) movie is one of the most popular horror movies ever produced. The screenplay of this movie is adapted from the graphic novel or comic book miniseries with the same name by Steve Niles and Ben Ketai, and adapted for the screen by Niles. Steve Niles was born on June 21, 1965 in United States. He is an American comic book author and novelist, known for works such as Criminal Macabre, Simon Dark, Mystery Society and Batman: Gotham County Line (2008), and 30DaysofNight. He is credited among other contemporary writers as bringing horror comics back to prominence, authoring such work as 30DaysofNight, it is sequel, Dark Days, and Criminal Macabre (Dark Horse Comics) with frequent artist collaborator Ben Templesmith.
In 2005, a wild poliovirus (WPV) outbreak occurred in Indonesia. Some stool specimens from acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) subjects, showed negative laboratory results for WPV. The aim of this study was to identify several risk factors associated with negative WPV laboratory results. A cross-sectional study was conducted on all AFP surveillance stool specimens taken from the three districts where 58.9% of the outbreak cases occurred. Data were obtained from Bandung and Jakarta National Polio Laboratory regarding identity of cases; onset of paralysis; data on specimen collected (timing, dispatched, received, and tested); and results of the tests. In addition, field visits were conducted to the three districts for confirmation of data collecting methods, facilities, and field personnel. The Cox regression method for relative risk (RR) was used for analysis. The prevalence of negative results was 31.5%. Negative results at the beginning of the outbreak (February–April) were 60%, at the end of the outbreak (July–December) were 66.2%, and at the height of the outbreak (May–June) were 15.5%. Negative WPV results were related to delayed specimen collection, origin of district specimen, and the period of specimen collection. Delayed versus on-time stool collection increased the risk of negative results by 70% (adjusted relative risk = 1.70; 95% confidence intervals = 1.01 - 2.88). In conclusion, inappropriate timing of specimen collection, in particular during the early and late stages of the polio outbreak, needs special attention to minimize the risk of negative WPV laboratory results. Low Fv/Fm values are related to photoinhibition, i.e. light-induced reduction of photosynthetic capacity (Farquhar et al. 1989). High levels of radiation or moderate levels combined with other environmental stresses may produce dynamic photoinhibition (reversible reductions of Fv/Fm) or chronic photoinbition (sustained reductions). Reduction in Fv/Fm reflects the action of photoprotective mechanism to dissipate excess energy (e. g. activation of the de-epoxidation of the xanthophyll cycle, up-regulation of Mehler reaction or enhanced photorespiration) although chronic photoinbition may be indication of permanent damage of the PSII reaction centre complex (Long et al. 1994; Osmond 1994; Oliveira and Pen˜uelas 2000; Pen˜uelas and Llusia` 2002). In all cases, photoinhibition reflects a potential reduction of photosynthesis and consequently a potential reduction of growth (Farquhar et al. 1989; Oliveira and Pen˜uelas 2004). Our results showed that the dry and cool winter 2005 was a period highly stressing for the activity of the studied species comparable to hot sum- mer 2003, since the highest photoinhibition during that season was accompanied by low photosynthetic rates.
From the two improvement scenarios, there are some advantages and disadvantages. First improvement scenario is tightening the acceptance of debtors, so that the bank only accepts the debtors in first category. The advantage of this recommendation is decreasing the risk of high NPL value. Furthermore, the bank also can get the money back from the debtors when they repay the loans. However, the disadvantage is less extensive loan expansion because the bank implements prudential principle strictly (DeYeoung, Gleonnon&Nigro, 2008). Loan expansion becomes limited because only a few debtors can received loans from the bank. If this recommendation is implemented, then only 66% of the total debtors who meet this category. This causes the
"Gene Wolfe's Book ofDays" is a collection of some of Wolfe's short stories, each representing a particular holiday. While these pieces are generally lighter and less substantial than Wolfe's other short stories of the late 70's and earlier 80's, there are several stories that are highly worthy. "Forlesen", representing Labor Day, is a clever jab at life in a corporation and it shows that the Dilbertesque workplace is nothing new. "The Changeling" represents Homecoming Day. A chilling and haunting piece, it takes place in the same town as Wolfe's early novel PEACE and illuminates a cryptic reference made there. This story alone makes CASTLE OFDAYS worth getting for fans of PEACE.
hardened veterans? Temper knew the Seven City campaigns; he’d been there when they took Ubaryd. They’d reached the Palace at night. The marble halls had been deserted but for the corpses of functionaries and guards too slow to flee the Emperor’s smashing of the Falah’d’s power. Upstairs they found the private chambers and the Holy One herself tied by silk ropes to a chair. Three Claws stood about her, knives out. Blood gleamed wetly on the blades and dripped from the moist bonds at the Falah’d’s wrists and ankles, pooled on the coral marble. He and Point had held back, unsure, but Dassem surged ahead and thrust aside the Claw standing before the woman. Her head snapped up, long curls flying back, and though her eyes had been gouged out and her mouth hung open, tongueless, blood streaming down her chin, she seemed to address Dassem directly. The Claws, two men and a woman, eyed each other. One backed away, raised his bloodied knife at what he saw in Dassem’s gaze. The Falah’d’s lips moved silently, mouthing some message or a plea. The female Claw’s eyes widened in sudden understanding and she opened her own mouth to shout, but too late. It happened so quickly it was as if Dassem had merely shrugged. The Falah’d’s head spun away. Blood jetted from her torso. The head toppled to the marble flagging. Its long black curls tangled in blood as it rolled.

Fatigue was measured using Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) that consisted of 9 questions relating to fatigue and its impact on functioning and behavioral aspects in the past week. The FSS questions were: (1) my motivation is lower when I am fatigued; (2) exercise brings on my fatigue; (3) I am easily fatigued; (4) fatigue interferes with my physical functioning; (5) fatigue causes frequent problem for me; (6) my fatigue prevents sustained physical functioning; (7) fatigue interferes with carrying out certain duties and responsibilities; (8) fatigue is among my most disabling symptoms; and (9) fatigue interferes with my work, family, or social life. Subjects answered the questions on a scale of “1” indicating agrees to and “7” indicating disagrees to. Mean FSS score was used as a continuous measure of fatigue scale. 5

Regardless of the duration of ripening, the highest average of TTA (0.17±0.07) was found in cheese processed with the ad- dition of 2.5% prebiotic starter (Table 3). The concentra- tion of probiotic starter used, as well as the duration of ripening process, significantly (P<0.01) increased the amount of TTA, but there was no interaction effect of those factors on the TTA (P>0.05). Optimizing outcome of antibiotic therapy entails using the appropriate antibiotic at the correct timing and dosing, whereas inappropriate antibiotic treatment is defined as inactive against target organism, delayed initiation of therapy, unnecessary changing of regimen, resulting in increased hospital and related mortality, length of stay, duration of antibiotic treatment, all leading to increased cost. In severe infection the strategy of early, appropiate, adequate, empirical therapy, can reduce mortality by 50%. Use the most appropriate antibiotic, do not safe your best antibiotic for postmortem. Initial empiric treatment with high dose, broadspectrum antibiotic, then after favourable clinical assessment and culture or susceptibility data are obtained, switch to a more targeted narrow spectrum (de-escalation) to minimize resistance, toxicity and cost. Do not start low (activity and dosage) then escalate when the clinical effects are unsatisfactory. β -lactam antibiotics are the most frequently prescribed antibiotic in infections, totaling 54.4 % of all antibiotics prescribed. β -lactam antibiotics are time dependent, meaning that Time above MIC ( T>MIC) is crucial in defining adequate therapy. While for clinical effectiveness : T > MIC is > 40% of the dosing interval, for maximum kill in severe infection with Gram (-) pathogens : T>MIC in excess of 70% is suggested. Continuous Infusion (CI) is a treatment strategy to reach this goal. CI has the potential of maintaining drug concentration at the site of infection over most of the dosing interval, with optimal steady state serum concentration (CSS) for β -lactam antibiotics : 4 x MIC. A continuous infusion of Cefepime can be prepared by diluting 3-4 gram of cefepime in 1 L of 5% Dextrose and given at a constant flow rate. Cefepime has broadspectrum antimicrobial activity against Gram (+) and Gram (-) pathogens, also anti pseudomonal activity. It is recommended as monotherapy in severe infection where pseudomonal aerugenous is probably involved, but in proven pseudomonal infection it is recommended that a it is combined with either an Aminoglycoside (Amikin) or Quinolone ( Cipro or Levofloxacin ).
GYTS is a nationally representative school-based survey of students in grades associated with age 13–15 years and is designed to produce cross-sectional estimates for each country. It uses a standard core questionnaire, sample design, and data collection protocol. It assists countries in fulfilling their obligations under the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) to generate comparable data within and across countries. WHO has developed MPOWER, a package of selected demand reduction measures contained in the WHO FCTC.

It does not mean atmospheric haze caused by season burn-off.
"Verily, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and in the alternations ofnight and day, and the ships which sail through the sea with that which is of use to mankind, and the water (rain) which Allaah sends down from the sky, and makes the earth alive therewith after its death, and the moving (living) creatures of all kinds that He has scattered therein, and in the veering of the winds and clouds which are held between the sky and the earth, are indeed ayaat (signs and proofs) for people of understanding." [Surat-ul-Baqarah: 164] And he says: "We will show them Our signs in the universe and in their own selves, until it becomes clear to them that this (Qur'aan) is the truth." [Surah Fussilat: 53] The religious signs include the Qur'aan and all the other miracles the Prophet was sent with, such as the splitting of the moon, which the mushrikeen disbelieved in, as Allaah says: "The Hour has drawn near and the moon has been split. And if they (disbelievers) see a sign they turn away and say: 'This is continuos magic.' And they disbelieved (in these signs) and followed their desires." [Surat-ul-Qamar: 1-3]
Their leaders consisted of two types: Either he was an evil scholar or he was an ignorant worshipper. This is as Allaah says: "Do you (believers) covet that they (Jewish Rabbis) will believe in your religion, in spite of the fact that a party of them (Rabbis) used to hear the word of Allaah (i.e. Torah), then they used to change it knowingly after they had understood it. And when they (Jews) meet those who believe (Muslims), they say: 'We believe.' But when they meet one another in privacy, they say: 'Shall you (Jews) tell them (Muslims) what Allaah has revealed to you, so that they may argue with you about it before their Lord. Have you (Jews) then no understanding? Know they not that Allaah knows what they conceal and what they reveal. And there are among them (Jewish Rabbis), unlettered people who know not the Book, but they trust upon false desires and they but guess." [Surat-ul-Baqarah: 75-78]

3. A farmer in the Midwest has 1,000 acres of land on which she intends to plant corn, wheat, and soybeans. Each acre of corn costs $100 for preparation, requires 7 worker-daysof labor, and yields a profit of $30. An acre of wheat costs $120 to prepare, requires 10 worker-daysof labor, and yields $40 profit. An acre of soybeans costs $70 to prepare, requires 8 worker-days, and yields $20 profit. The farmer has taken out a loan of $80,000 for crop preparation and has contracted with a union for 6,000 worker-daysof labor. A Midwestern granary has agreed to purchase 200 acres of corn, 500 acres of wheat, and 300 acres of soybeans. The farmer has
The ‘mectin’ chemicals all act in a similar way – binding to invertebrate nerve and muscle cells, causing paralysis to the affected parasite. When given as directed, they have a wide safety margin. There are subtle differences between the chemicals in this group, such as their persistence and hence protective period after treatment and their impact on dung beetles and other friendly insects in the environment. However, these differences are relatively minor, with the choice of product within the group based largely on availability and cost.
Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam is a company that runs on the electrical field. Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam would like to know the optimal level of stock that could be held or kept at production area. The calculation for the optimal solution is done by using the base stock level method and company method. Using the base stock level, the value Stock L (13 families that are on focus in this research) could be reduced about 60.59% while using company calculation, the reduction of Stock L value is about 63.42%. The result of Two-Sample-T Test shows that both methods are not significantly different, so management could choose one of them. The daysof inventory that suitable for PEL condition are about 3 days.
