Latar Belakang : Kecelakaan Kerja merupakan kejadian yang memerlukan perhatian khusus. Seseorang sebelum melakukan suatu pekerjaan harus mendapatkan ijin terlebih dahulu untuk meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja. Ijin kerja merupakan syarat utama yang harus dipenuhi oleh seseorang sebelum melakukan pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan hotworkpermit system pada area coal mill Tuban 1 di PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Pabrik Tuban Jawa Timur.
Latar Belakang : Penggunaan mesin-mesin, pesawat, instalasi dan bahan-bahan berbahaya akan terus meningkat sesuai kebutuhan industrialisasi. Di samping memberikan kemudahan dalam proses produksi tentu juga menambah sumber bahaya, terlebih pada industri penghasil pulp dan kertas seperti PT. X, Tbk Sidoarjo-Jawa Timur. Risiko bahaya kebakaran tidak lagi menjadi hal yang awam oleh karena itu perlu adanya penerapan sistem ijin kerja terutama ijin kerja panas (hotworkpermit). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan penerapan ijin kerja panas dengan peraturan perundangan yang terkait.

Pekerjaan yang >= 1 bulan per bulan harus melaporkan pekerjaannya, bahwa masih sesuai koridor apa tidak.
Izin kerja diartikan sebagai dokumen resmi yang berisi tentang perizinan atas pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan oleh seorang tenaga kerja. Izin kerja dengan aman yang diberlakukan di PT. Apac Inti Corpora melalui Departemen Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) meliputi pekerjaan-pekerjaan menggunakan api (HotWorkPermit), memasuki vessel atau bejana seperti pembersihan di ruang boiler dan kerja di ketinggian seperti perbaikan atap, perbaikan plafon, memasangan instalasi listrik.
Hasil : Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu PT. Halliburton Indonesia Balikpapan menerapkan sistem permit to work yang meliputi penerapan jenis-jenis workpermit (hotworkpermit, confined space entry permit, general workpermit, gas test permit, pressure test permit, radiation permit), prosedur pelaksanaan sistem permit to work, pembentukan penanggung jawab dalam sistem permit to work, pendokumentasian formulir izin kerja, pelatihan untuk pekerja tentang sistem permit to work.
Utilization of forest area can be done in both protected forest and production forest. Both can be utilized by utilizing forest area and environmental services, and extracting non-timber forest products (NTFPs). Timber utilization is only allowed in production forest.
