The purposes of t his research are: 1. To describe t he academic supervise planning in SM P negeri 5 Salat iga. 2. To describe t he academic supervise implement at ion of SM P negeri 5 Salat iga. 3. To describe t he follow ingup act s of t he academic supervise in SM P negeri 5 Salat iga. This research applies qualit at ive met hod, specifically using phenomenologic qualit at ive approach. The locat ion of t he research is SM P Negeri 5 Salat iga, Salat iga, Cent ral Java. The dat a are present ed int o t w o groups; t hose are primary dat a and secondary dat a t hat in form of phot ograph, archieve, and int erview about t he management of academic supervise in SM P Negeri 5 Salat iga. The dat a sources are supervisor, headmast er, vice-headmast er, t eachers, and educat ion officers. The met hods of t he dat a collect ion are deep int erview , observat ion, and document at ion; t hat are act ivit ies observat ion, document collect ion, and t aking t he relevant phot ographs. The met hods of dat a analysis are dat a reduct ion, dat a present at ion, and cconslusion. The result of t he research are: 1) The academ ic supervise planning in SM P Negeri 5 Salat iga is going t o be hold at t he early of semest er by arranging programmed schedule, arranging supervise inst rument s, and supervising, and also t he est ablishment of supervisor t eam. Headmast er, Supervisor, t eacher and educat ion officers act ively part icipat e in planning t he academ ic supervise. Academic supervise is socialized during in-house t raining, w orkshop, and t eacher devising on t he first M onday of t he early semest er. 2) The implement at ion of academic supervise of a supervisor are t echnically coming in a class, observing direct ly t ow ard class act ivit y, not ing all t he t hings occurred in class. The obst acle of t his supervise implement at ion is due t o t he t ight schedule of t eachers’ act ivit y and t he headmast er t herefore it is hard t o find a fair schedule for supervising. The management of t he academic supervise in SM P Negeri 5 Salat iga is an act ivit y hold by supervisor t ow ard t he t eachers by visit ing classes based on t he schedule agreed t oget her t o see w het her t eachers face difficult ies in t eaching or not . There are t hree st eps in order t o supervise academics t hey are early meet ing st eps, class observat ion, and feedback meet ing. 3) The management of t he follow ing up act s of academic supervise in SM P Negeri 5 Salat iga of a supervisor is by delivering t he result s of t he benefit s of t he learning, and also discussing several t hings t hat should be correct ed proposionally based on accurat e dat a. The headmast er follow s up t he process by helding a w orkshop and inhause t raining.
