Parts Surface Structure Image Classification Detection System Design

Parts surface structure is composed of contour superposition with geometric features such as surface roughness, waviness and form error. Because the machining parameters such as cutting tool, cutting speed, feed, depth, turning trajectory are different, parts surface texture characterizations of geometric feature are also different. Each image texture not only represents the common attributes of a specific object or a certain type of objects, but also has its unique properties and characteristics. This paper analyzed the characteristics of surface structure of parts resulted from four processing methods, turning, milling, planning, and grinding, and propose an image preprocessing method based on MATLAB image toolkit. The Research purpose is to extract characteristic value of parts surface structure by statistical analysis, and on this basis, to further determine the recognition classifier in order to realize the identification of parts of the surface structure of image. The results of the study will lay a foundation for further promoting parts surface structure detection, and provide references for the construction of parts online detection system [1-5].

Cracks on rice bran surface structure was the effect of enzymes (cellulase and xylanase) activity in damaging rice bran cell wall which mainly composed by cellulose and hemicelluloses (particularly xylan). Xylan was main component of hemicelluloses which was located between lignin and lower cellulose fibers compounds [19] . Xylanase functioned to hydrolyze xylan into its monomers, such as xylose, xylooligosaccharide, and arabinose. Meanwhile, cellulase functioned to hydrolyze cellulose into glucose [20] . Previous studies found that enzymes (xylanase, cellulase, and combination of xylanase and cellulase) hydrolysis on rice stalks caused cracks on rice bran surface structure [21] .

The results of the study show that (1) the writer finds all the types of ambiguity namely: lexical ambiguity and structural ambiguity, (2) the dominant types of ambiguity is structural ambiguity, and (3) the two main sources of the reasons of ambiguous sentence are word order and word meaning. This study deals with the ambiguity which is found in Backpack 4 English textbook. The aims of this study are (1) to describe what the types of ambiguity, (2) to describe the frequency of each type of ambiguity, (3) to describe the dominant type of ambiguity, (4) to describe the causes of ambiguity, and (5) to describe the way to disambiguate ambiguity found in Backpack 4 English textbook. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data source of this research is ambiguous words, phrases and sentences found in Backpack 4 English textbook. The data collection technique is documentation. The technique of data analysis are descriptive qualitative. The writer uses the theories from Fauziati, Kreidler, Robert, Roadman and Hyme to analyze the types of ambiguity. The result of this study shows that (1) the writer found three from four types of ambiguity namely: lexical ambiguity, referential ambiguity, and surface structure ambiguity; (2) the frequency of each type of ambiguity are 43 lexical ambiguity (24,57%), 74 referential ambiguity (42,29 %), and 58 surface structure ambiguity (33,14 %); (3) the dominant types of ambiguity is referential ambiguity; there are 74 ambiguous sentences or 42,29%; (4) the causes of ambiguity are without context, ambiguous word order, improper or missing punctuation, faulty sentence construction, ambiguous words, and faulty pronoun reference; and (5) the way to disambiguate ambiguity are using paraphrasing, truth conditional sentences, adding preposition, moving sentence construction, adding additional context, adding correct punctuation and using picture.

Regulatory mechanisms have been already imposed to stabilize water consumption. For Bali, it is the system of redistribution of water between Subaks, while for the Moscow Region, it is the system of water redistribution between river basins. However, these measures are not sufficient to fix the water scarcity (Bali) and to enhance the stability of self-purification and improve water quality in rivers (for Bali and the Moscow Region). We calculated some specific indica- tors of water consumption structure in both regions per area and per person (Table 3) for the present time. Table 3 illustrates the similarity of these indicators (per 1 inhabitant) between such geographically differ- ent regions experiencing similar problems of water consumption. For both regions, the critical value of real water resources per person according to the results of groundwater and natural surface water studies is about 1 m 3 per day (for Bali—in dry season). The

The influence of varied composition for MCMB anode, the composition of 80 : 13 : 7 has higher specific capacity at cathode thickness of 100 µm, 150 µm and 300 µm with each has specific capacity is 69,65 mAh/gr, 73,61 mAh/gr and 81,93 mAh/gr. Each battery has efficiency above 98 %. The varied thickness of MCMB anode, so the thickness of 100 μm has a higher specific capacity at cathode thickness of 100 µm, 150 µm and 300 µm with each has specific capacity is 79,10 mAh/gr, 82,54 mAh/gr and 88 mAh/gr. The efficiency of each battery above 99 %. The highest battery capacity and efficiency at 300 µm cathode thickness reached 88 mAh/gr with MCMB anode composition of 85 : 10 : 5 at 100 μm thickness.

During the last two decades surface elevation data have been gathered over the Greenland Ice Sheet (GrIS) from a variety of different sensors including spaceborne and airborne laser altimetry, such as NASA’s Ice Cloud and land Elevation Satellite (ICESat), Airborne Topographic Mapper (ATM) and Laser Vegetation Imaging Sensor (LVIS), as well as from stereo satellite imaging systems, most notably from Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER) and Worldview. The spatio-temporal resolution, the accuracy, and the spatial coverage of all these data differ widely. For example, laser altimetry systems are much more accurate than DEMs derived by correlation from imaging systems. On the other hand, DEMs usually have a superior spatial resolution and extended spatial coverage. We present in this paper an overview of the SERAC (Surface Elevation Reconstruction And Change detection) system, designed to cope with the data complexity and the computation of elevation change histories. SERAC simultaneously determines the ice sheet surface shape and the time-series of elevation changes for surface patches whose size depends on the ruggedness of the surface and the point distribution of the sensors involved. By incorporating different sensors, SERAC is a true fusion system that generates the best plausible result (time series of elevation changes) a result that is better than the sum of its individual parts. We follow this up with an example of the Helmheim gacier, involving ICESat, ATM and LVIS laser altimetry data, together with ASTER DEMs.

The MCM-41 material becomes very interesting to study because it was solid with pores composed of amorphous silica but has a regular structure and a uniform cavity [13-14]. The method commonly used by researchers for MCM-41 synthesis was a method with high temperature or called hydrothermally. High temperatures and length of synthesis time become the weakness of the hydrothermal method. The sonochemical method was one of synthesis method that can be used in the various inorganic material. The MCM- 41 synthesis process using sonication method was a faster synthesis method than the hydrothermal method. This method produced small particle size and increased wall pore thickness [15-17]. Ventrivel et al. successfully synthesized MCM-41 silica with high solubility under normal conditions via ultrasonic radiation within 5 min, which showed significant time reduction when compared with conventional synthesis methods [18]. Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh “thermal annealing” terhadap morphology pada tembaga (Cu) sebagai katalis penumbu h graphene. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan suatu kondisi optimal untuk mempersiapkan katalis tersebut pada penumbuhan graphene. Dalam penelitian ini, foil tembaga telah diteliti dengan memvariasikan suhu annealing, waktu annealing dan laju gas hydrogen. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kondisi optimal adalah annealing pada suhu 900 o C selama 10 menit dengan laju aliran hydrogen sebesar 100 sccm. Selain itu, penelitian “pre - thermal annealing” telah juga dilakukan untuk menguji perubahan sifat -sifat struktur dan morphology tembaga tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tembaga tersebut memiliki “nanocrystalline cubic structure” yang baik, di mana didominasi oleh (100) dengan ukuran crystal ~200 nm. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa gas hydrogen efektif dalam mereduksi impurity dari oksidasi tembaga. Dan juga, annealing pada suhu 900 o C ke atas, sampel tersebut memiliki morphology yang halus pada seluruh permukaannya dan grain-grain berukuran ~ 88 µm.
