The company was only able to manage approximately 17,000 hectares of land, with the remaining area being neglected as abandoned land and empty clearings. This is considered as a blessing by the Mesuji administration through the National Unity and Politics Agency by stating that the company is unable to manage all the land stipulated in the agreement. The company was at the time unable to manage the Register 45 area which induced them to collaborate with another company to plant other crop varieties which were pineapples and sugarcane. This led a notion which surfaced among thecommunity that not only companies are allowed to manage the area but thecommunity is also entitled to cultivate land in the Register 45 Area (Interview with the National Unity and Politics Agency of Mesuji Regency, July 15 2016).

In automotive, hybrid car is produce and manufactured to reduce fuel consumption and emissions reductions. Not only that, the price of hybrid car is rather higher than the local car. This is because the costs ofthe raw material in producing the hybrid car are increased in the market. Furthermore, it supported by Paul Eng (2004) said hybrid car also very risky in the accidents. This is because hybrid cars stores high amount of battery voltage. This means that there is a high chance to get electrocuted when they are involved in an accident. It is relatively difficult for rescuers to get the driver and passengers out ofthe hybrid car because ofthe danger of high voltage in the car. Next is the hybrid car also is heavy because ofthe heavy batteries installed in the car and causes the acceleration ofthe car is much slower than the normal car. Therefore, the issues that occur in this research is the perception of consumer behavior towards the green product in automotive. This perception also correlates with the decision making ofthe consumer. If the perception ofthe green product is narrow, then the consumer will not be interested and purchase the product for their usage. This may cause the green product has limited user in the market. The consumers also perceive that the green is not as good as the regular stuff.
Suhartanti (2000) states that the characteristic features ofthe life of Indonesian people is unique indicated by a kind of life which regards other people more or less like the members of one‟s own family, commensurate level of living, religious harmony, and motivation for mutual cooperation and shared expediency. Therefore, such characteristics are expected to support the growth and development of tourist villages in Surakarta. There are three principal components as the basic foothold for the growth and development of urban village which include: access, resources, and motivation. The different levels of ability of each component will contribute to the formation or phenomenon which is different as well to the urban village.
The precise words are chosen by the Elders to control the community’s way of thought toward some particular concept of words since they consider some words are threatening to their ideal concept of society in thecommunity. The precise words are appropriate for an image of “Good Government” that never makes any mistakes to thecommunity and the people just accept it as the common rule. According to Althusser, the limitation of language is recognized as “censorship in cultural ideological state apparatus” (1971 : 14), the community’s vocabularies are limited to the safe words, the words that do not ruin the establishment ofthecommunity system. For example, the word “love” has been removed from this community as seen when Jonas tries to ask their parents: “Do you love me?” There was an awkward silence for a moment. Then Father gave a little chuckle. “Jonas. You, of all pe ople. Precision of language, Please!” (Lowry, 1993 : 127 ).
