3. After the giving of the material, the last step is the reinforcement of the material just described. In the Suggestopedia method, the reinforcement is in a quiet room, so that students can fully concentrate. After that, the students listen to classical music with closed eyes, where this is indeed a basic method of Suggestopedia. After the music is played and students close their eyes on the instructions of the teacher, then the teacher gradually provides strengthening and motivation. The purpose of listening to the classical music while closing the eyes for students is to connect with their sub consciousness. So that, after all activities are completed, students will get a positive suggestion of the learning that has been done.
The researcher related those 7 statements to the theory that would strengthen the data. Ahen (2009) states that the ability to communicate in a second language enables people to interact with each other and changes the way they perceived things and matters happening to them. Proficiency in the English language is determined by the students’ motivation and attitude in learning the language. In the statements numbers 1 up to 3 indicated the students’ eagerness in learning based on the students ’ motivation. More than 80% of the students were motivated in learning English subject. According to Gardner and Lambert (as cited in Brown, 1994, p. 168), motivation is a construct made up from certain attitudes. In t his case, the students’ motivation in improving their speakingskill could be affected by their attitude in learning. Hence, the students’ performance in the learning process will be determined by their motivation in learning process which results from their perception and attitudes (Ahen, 2009, p. 2). According to Gardner and Lambert (as cited in Ahen, 2009), the positive or negative attitude is derived from individual ’s perception toward certain objects or matters. Campbell (2001) as cited in Ahen (2009) states that perception is a process where one will form an impression about someone or something. The input that is gained through one’s observation will produce certain judgment or belief which influenced the

In Indonesia Government, English is given in the Elementary School because a young learner is usually easier to receive and memorize a new thing than adult. “But, teaching English, especially for reading skill to young learner is not an easy work. Because reading is a completely individual activity and students in the same course may be reading at very different levels of difficulty in English, just as they do in their native language (Rivers, 1999: 187)”. Many problems come from this teaching reading process, because children have a unique and different characteristic.
To facilitate further analyses, the value statements of the internal audit activity are classified into five sub-themes. The results from regional comparisons indicate that there are significant differences across the seven regions in terms of internal audit activities’ perceived contribution to their organizations. Table 2–15 shows the regions with the top three levels of agreement with each value statement. Latin America and Caribbean is consistently ranked among the top three for almost all the value statements except A8, “One way your internal audit activity adds value to the governance process is through direct access to the audit committee (or equivalent)” and A15, “Your internal audit activity meets/exceeds the requirements of The IIA’s Code of Ethics.” The other regions with a higher number of top three rankings are the Middle East (11), Western Europe (8), and United States and Canada (6). This indicates that the internal audit activities within these four regions are perceived to be adding more value to their organizations. On the other hand, the Asia Pacific respondents’ level of agreement with these value statements is, in general, among the lowest of the regions. This implies that the internal audit activities in the Asia Pacific region may need more effort to enhance their value to organizations.
The working people cannot purchase with their wages the wealth which they have produced, and industry seeks foreign markets among the monied classes of other nations. In the East, in Africa, everywhere, in Egypt, Tonkin or the Congo, the European is thus bound to promote the growth of serfdom. And so he does. But soon he finds everywhere similar competitors. All the nations evolve on the same lines, and wars, perpetual wars, break out for the right of precedence in the market. Wars for the possession of the East, wars for the empire of the sea, wars to impose duties on imports and to dictate conditions to neighbouring states; wars against those “blacks” who revolt! The roar of the cannon never ceases in the world, whole races are massacred, the states of Europe spend a third of their budgets in armaments; and we know how heavily these taxes fall on the workers. Education still remains the privilege of a small minority, for it is idle to talk of education when the workman’s child is forced, at the age of thirteen, to go down into the mine or to help his father on the farm. It is idle to talk of studies to the worker, who comes home in the evening crushed by excessive toil with its brutalizing atmosphere. Society is thus bound to remain divided into two hostile camps, and in such conditions freedom is a vain word. The Radical begins by demanding a greater extension of political rights, but he soon sees that the breath of liberty leads to the uplifting of the proletariat, and then he turns round, changes his opinions, and reverts to repressive legislation and government by the sword.
Teaching and learning English is not the same as learning any other subject. It should cover four language skills; those are listening, speaking, reading and writing. According to communicative approach, those skills should not be ignored since they are essential to support the achievement of learning English. Naturally, besides those language skills, there are thinking skills which include understanding skill. Nunan (1983:80:81) claims that understanding a text involves understanding different kinds of meaning at the same time. This skill is very special skill, because it is always on all of the skill of language. Such as the reading skill without understanding, it is very difficult to getting the information from the text; speakingskill without understanding, it will not be able to deliver the messages well to other people; listening skill without understanding, it cannot catch the content of the communication, and writing skill without understanding it cannot make a writing which is correct in form or structure.
The significant advantage of NFC over Bluetooth is the shorter set-up time. Instead of performing manual configurations to identify Bluetooth devices, the connection between two NFC devices is established at once (under a 1/10 second).
In certain nursing jobs, reports and presenta- tions are often required. For these activities, you may need to set aside blocks of time during which you can concentrate on the task. Trying to create and complete a report in 5- or 10-minute blocks of time is unrealistic. By the time you reorient yourself to the project, the time allotted is over, and nothing has been accomplished. Setting aside large blocks of time to do complex tasks is much more efficient. Consider energy levels when beginning a big task. Start when levels are high and not at, say, 4:00 in the afternoon if that is when you find yourself winding down (Baldwin, 2002). For example, if you are a morning person, plan your demanding work in the morning. If you get energy spurts later in the morning or early afternoon, plan to work on larger or heavier tasks at that time. Nursing shifts may be designed in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks. Many nurses working the night shifts (11 p.m. to 7 a.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) find they have more energy a little later into their shift rather than at the begin- ning, whereas nurses working the day shifts (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) find they have the most energy at the beginning of their shift. Also, learn to delegate tasks that do not require profes- sional nursing skills.
Learning is one of the key activities in teaching and learning. The learner should be learning more to get something successfully in learning. As Stephen B.Klein said “Learning can be defined as an experiential process resulting in a relatively permanent change in behavior that cannot be explained by temporary states, maturation or innate response tendencies”. (Klein, 1996: 2) Learning is a process from unknown to known or from ‘can not be able to’ to ‘be able to’ do something. This process needs consistency in changing behavior in learning to get success in learning. Learning process is sometimes up and sometimes down. It depends on motivation of the learner. It is called relatively permanent changing in behavior. Learning is the process that occurs incessantly.
