Sharjah University Nursery Registration Requirements:
Please hand in these documents plus the registration form to Sharjah University Nursery administration office.
• Fill out the Registration Form
• Sharjah University ID
• 2 recent photos for the child + photo for mother & photo for father.
• One family photo, or a photo for each member of the family
• Birth certificate ( copy ) + Immunization card of the child ( copy )
• Child passport ( copy ) + UAE Identity
• Parents' passports ( copy ) + UAE Identity
• Official proof for those allowed to pick the child from the Child Care Center ( ex:
relative, friend, driver or maid )
• A medical report from a doctor describes that the child is free from any disease or special cases of epilepsy / seizures / autism / developmental delay or any other cases similar to this, the report should be before joining immediately and also after a period of the child absence as a result of travel or illness.
• Copy of the COVID-19 vaccination card for both parents (father and mother) and for those allowed to pick the child from the nursery.
Please make sure that you hand in the following stuff to the class teacher with the child name written on them (with the beginning of the semester)
• 4 inner and outer changes, socks. For infants: please no buttons in the changes.
• Bring milk bottles, juice, water; powder milk according to the child’s feeding
requirements. Each bottle for each feeding time. All bottles will be sent home to the parents to wash, sterilize and send back every day.
• Zip loc bags for milk bottles with name mentioned on it.
• Bring properly locked lunch containers in Ziploc bags with extra spoons and fork (avoid disposable). Disposable single use water bottles with the child’s name in English and Arabic. (Providing extra three Ziploc bags).
• Complete 3 bed setting (bed sheet, pillow, pillow case, blanket or quilt)
• 5 cotton feeding bibs (or disposable) for the whole week.(For Baby Class)
• Brush or Comb to be brought daily in a Ziploc bag.
• Toothbrush and tooth paste to be brought daily in a Ziploc bag. (except Infants)
• Nail Brush to be brought daily in a Ziploc bag. (except Infants)
• Diapers "please write the name on each of them"
• Changing creams, wipes, soap big tissue roll for drying the baby. Extra 3 Ziploc bags to put dirty clothes if any.
• Disposable gloves for changing diapers.
• Big Tissue roll.
• A pair of crocs or similar to crocs.
• For baby class please provide socks with sole. (picture attached for reference)
• Hat.
• A plastic apron with long sleeves is required for each child, to be use during activities and coloring.
• 4 plastic folders.
Note: Please mention feeding times, food type and measuring spoon used for milk or other food, nap time and any other comment that help us to comfort our sweethearts.
Kindly mention name of the child in English and Arabic on your child’s belongings
