The Chief Justice has issued the following directions:
1. The parties are directed to file written submissions of no more than 20 pages on whether the principles set out in Biowatch Trust v Registrar, Genetic Resources, and Others 2009 (6) SA 232 (CC) should have applied when the
issue of costs was determined in the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Pretoria.
2. The written submissions must be filed by—
(a) the applicant on or before 26 August 2016; and (b) the respondents on or before 2 September 2016.
3. Further directions may be issued.
