Perusahaan tanggal 16 Juni 2017 antara Perusahaan dan Tim Reviu Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan hasil reviu adalah biaya pekerjaan
penyingkiran kerangka kapal KMP
Wihan Sejahtera pada Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya (APBS) Perusahaan, menunjukan adanya koreksi terhadap biaya - biaya sebelum PPN sebesar
Rp2.571.781 (jika diperhitungkan
setelah PPN, maka koreksi sebesar Rp2.822.599).
h. PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS)
a. TPS menandatangani perjanjian jasa teknik dengan DP World Australia Ltd. dan Perusahaan pada tanggal 22 Juni 1999 yang berlaku untuk periode lima tahun. Sesuai dengan perjanjian, TPS akan membayar jasa yang diterima dengan tarif harian sebesar USD600 (angka penuh) sampai USD1,000 (angka penuh) per orang (dengan biaya retainer per bulan sebesar USD36,786 (angka penuh) efektif 1 Juni 2014 dan sebesar USD31,200 (angka penuh) pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan 31 Mei 2014) kepada DP World dan USD470 (angka penuh) sampai USD750 (angka penuh) per orang (dengan biaya retainer per bulan sebesar USD24,524 (angka penuh)
efektif 1 Juni 2014 dan sebesar
USD20,800 (angka penuh) pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan 31 Mei 2014) kepada Perusahaan. Mulai 1 Januari 2009, perjanjian jasa teknik dengan DP World Australia Ltd. dialihkan ke DP World Asia Holdings Ltd. Perjanjian jasa
teknik tersebut telah diperpanjang
beberapa kali dan terakhir pada bulan April 2010, dengan Resolusi Tertulis
Pemegang Saham; perjanjian ini
a. TPS signed technical assistance
agreement with DP World Australia Ltd. and the Company on June 22, 1999, for an initial period of five years. In accordance with the agreement, TPS shall pay fees for services received at a daily rate of USD600 (full amount) to USD1,000 (full amount) per person (with monthly retainer fee of USD36,786 (full amount) effective on June 1, 2014 and USD31,200 (full amount) in 2013 up to May 31, 2014) to DP World and USD470 to USD750 (full amount) per person (with monthly retainer fee of USD24,524 (full amount) effective on June 1, 2014 and USD20,800 (full amount) in 2013 up to May 31, 2014) to the Company. Starting January 1, 2009, the technical assistance agreement with DP World Australia Ltd was amended to
become technical assistance
agreement with DP World Asia Holdings
Ltd. The technical assistance
agreement has been extended several times, the latest of which was on April, 2010 with Written Resolution from Shareholders and this agreement has been extended until further notice.
With Related Parties (Continued) Pada tanggal 5 Mei 2014, Perjanjian
antara TPS dengan DP World dan Perusahaan telah diubah dimana efektif tanggal 1 Juni 2014, biaya retainer per bulan yang harus dibayar kepada DP World dan Perusahaan masing-masing menjadi sebesar USD36,786 (angka penuh) dan USD24,524 (angka penuh). Biaya jasa ini akan dinaikkan 4% setiap tanggal 1 Januari mulai tahun 2015.
On May 5, 2014, the agreement between TPS with DP World and the Company has been amended, whereby effective June 1, 2014, the monthly retainer fee payable to DP World and the Company would be USD36,786 (full amount) and USD24,524 (full amount), respectively. This service fee shall increased by 4% on the first day of January every year starting 2015. Jumlah biaya jasa teknik dari DP World
Asia Holdings Ltd., sebesar Rp6.619.687 pada tahun 2017, Rp6.368.187 pada tahun 2016 dan Rp6.180.260 pada tahun 2015, sedangkan jumlah biaya jasa
teknik dari Perusahaan sebesar
Rp4.385.361 pada tahun 2017,
Rp4.290.843 pada tahun 2016 dan Rp4.107.115 pada tahun 2015. Tidak terdapat saldo liabilitas atas jasa teknik tersebut pada tanggal 31 Desember 2017, 2016 dan 2015.
Total technical service fees incurred from DP World Asia Holdings Ltd. was Rp6,619,687 in 2017, Rp6,368,187 in 2016 and Rp6,180,260 in 2015 while total technical service fees incurred from the Company was Rp4,385,361 in
2017, Rp4,290,843 in 2016 and
Rp4,107,115 in 2015. There was no outstanding liability for these technical service fees as of December 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015.
b. Pada tanggal 30 November 2007, TPS menandatangani surat perjanjian baru
dengan PT Portek Indonesia (PI)
mengenai pemeliharaan 11 unit
container crane. Perjanjian
pemeliharaan mencakup biaya personel sebesar Rp4.449.994 per tahun dan suku cadang sebesar Rp3.418.100 per tahun. Biaya suku cadang tersebut tidak
termasuk dalam consumable part dan
akan dibebankan oleh PI secara terpisah berdasarkan harga pasar ditambah 9% dari nilai tagihan. Perpanjangan atas Perjanjian ini mencakup biaya personel sebesar Rp5.850.000 per tahun dan biaya suku cadang ditetapkan sesuai dengan perjanjian. Perjanjian ini berlaku
efektif hingga 30 November 2013.
Perjanjian dengan PI telah diperpanjang untuk periode dari tanggal 1 Januari
2014 sampai dengan tanggal
31 Desember 2017. Perjanjian ini
kemudian tidak diperpanjang, dan
digantikan dengan perjanjian dengan PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera dan World Crane Services FZE.
b. On November 30, 2007, TPS signed a
new agreement with PT Portek
Indonesia (PI) for the maintenance of 11 units of container cranes. The
maintenance agreement covered
annual personnel cost amounting to Rp4,449,994 and annual spare parts cost amounting to Rp3,418,100. The cost of spare parts is excluded from the
consumable parts and would be
charged by PI separately based on market price plus a premium of 9% from
invoice value. The renewal for
agreement above included personnel cost amounting to Rp5,850,000 per year and the cost of spare parts was determined as stated on the agreement. This agreement was effective until November 30, 2013. The agreement with PI has been extended for the period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2017. This agreement was not extended, and was replaced by the agreement with PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera and World Crane Services FZE.

disajikan sebagai bagian dari
Pemeliharaan pada “Beban Akrual” (Catatan 28).
Total maintenance cost and spare parts, cost including consumables parts, from PT Portek Indonesia amounted to Rp11,869,122 in 2017, Rp24,703,025 in
2016 and Rp16,131,344 and
USD337,830 in 2015. Personnel cost amounted to Rp12,315,559 in 2017, Rp11,590,594 in 2016 and USD7,876 in
2015. The outstanding maintenance
payable amounted to Rp850,000 in
2017, Rp1,567,281 in 2016 and
USD22,340 in 2015, were presented as part of Maintenance under “Accrued Expenses” (Note 28).
c. TPS memiliki perjanjian dengan
Koperasi Pegawai Pelindo III terkait
dengan jasa outsourcing dan rumah
tangga. Jumlah biaya jasa outsourcing dan rumah tangga sebesar Rp2.351.469 pada tahun 2017, Rp1.914.964 pada tahun 2016 dan Nihil pada tahun 2015. Perusahaan juga memiliki perjanjian
terkait dengan jasa pemeliharaan
