4 HASIL DAN PEMBAHASAN

5.2 Saran

Beberapa saran terkait hasil yang telah diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah, sebagai berikut:

 Perlu kiranya dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metode serupa, yakni CVI- MCA untuk melihat kemampuannya menghasilkan perbandingan luaran status kerentanan antar kawasan pantai berbeda;

 Terkait dengan dengan metode-metode yang digunakan dalam menyediakan input penilaian berupa data spasial tiap variabel. Beberapa hal yang perlu dikembangkan adalah berkenan faktor uncertainty (ketidakpastian). Termasuk didalamnya adalah pengamatan siklus temporal (musim) serta fenomena- fenomena lain yang berpengaruh jangka panjang terhadap variabel kontributor kerentanan pantai, sepeti el-nino dan la nina. Juga fenomena lain yang bersifat insidentil, seperti tsunami serta gempa di daratan yang cukup berpengaruh terhadap perubahan fisik pantai secara keseluruhan (analisa multi disiplin).
