• THREE WEEK BLOCKS DURING OUR PREPARATIONS BETWEEN 12 TO 18 WEEKS.

• CHANGING MAIN SETS EVERY PREPARATION KEEPING ONLY ONE OR TWO THE SAME

• DESIGN THE PREPARATION BLOCK IN ACCORDANCE TO BENCH MARK MEET
