IIEREAS
it is desirable to amend the "Roads Amendment Preamble.W
Act, 1863 "--Be it Ellacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice ancl consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of' the said Proviim?, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows :1. Every order for the purpose of closing or opening any road Provision mation, by for Governor, confir-
or roads, or both, made after the date of the passing of this Act by of road
any Local Court, in pursuance of the "Roads Amendment Act, by Loca1Courts.
1863," s21all be forwarded by the person obtaining the same to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for coilfirmation by the Governor ; and every such order, urrless the same be duly confirmed in manner as is provided in the said Act for the confirmation of like orders made by the LbCommissioners," shall be utterly null and void.
2. This Act shall be deemed to be incorporated with the '!Roads Incorporation.
Amendment Act, 1863," and shall be construed therewith and have effect accordingly.
