Alan Thompson is a former Australian swimming coach, who was once the head coach of the Australian swimming team. He was appointed to the role in January 2005 and lead the team until 2010. Prior to this Alan has been both an Olympic Team Manager as well as Olympic Swimming Team Coach for the 2004 (Athens) and 2008 (Beijing)
Olympics. Alan was a part of the National Team from 2001 – 2010. Alan is now the Bulldogs' general manager of football operations, looking after the club's high- performance recruitment, welfare and education programs.

Simon Watkins Opened my first swim school in 1999 growing the business to 26 pools. Currently he is the lease holder of 4 in Australia along with being Head Coach and Aquatic Centre Manager of Trinity Aquatic Centre in Lismore.
Coached on international teams for Wales and Great Britton between 2004 and 2008 and has placed a swimmer on an international team somewhere in the world every year since 2003 including Australian Para Teams from 2013 to 2016.
Simon has presented at the ascta National Conference and ascta International Conference over the last few years. He is Swim Australia Board member and has been presenting teacher and coach education for over 15 years.
