Re; Letter of Understanding – Delivery of Enviro Saver Program to Council
This letter is to confirm the delivery of the Enviro Saver Program to ???? Council and to outline the contribution of Fieldforce and Council.
Fieldforce Contribution:
• Fieldforce will supply all labour and materials required to supply the program to the councils residential and commercial premises
• Develop a flyer for the joint marketing of the program
• Provide stalls, banners and staff to participate at council and community events
• Maintain a high customer focus and standard when delivering the program to the council community
• The costs associated with marketing flyers and leasing of shopping centre space will be borne by Fieldforce.
Council Contribution:
• Supply council logo for branding and marketing material (logo will only be used where approved by council)
• Assist and endorse the promotion of the Enviro Saver Program
• Distribute Enviro Saver Flyer to rates payers
• Work with Fieldforce to advertise and promote the program through Local Council events
• The cost of distribution to rate payers will be borne by Council.
Understandings
• Both parties will need to agree on a marketing schedule to ensure the program can be efficiently and effectively delivered to the public.
• Fieldforce are the owners of the Enviro Savers Program (ESP) and its Logo’s, which has been approved by the Independent Regulatory and Pricing Tribunal (IPART)
• Either party may terminate this agreement given the other party 30 days notice in writing.
