I refer to the writer's telephone conversation with you on 13 September2016 regarding the requirement under the terms of the Development Application for the creation of a drain se\Mer easement over the subject property in favour of Council.

As per that telephone conversation you advised that if the location of the easement runs parallel to

boundary then the easement can be created by way of

a

Transfer Granting Easement with Plan.

Accordingly, please find enclosed the following documents for Council's approval and execution:

1. Transfer Granting Easement.

2. Annexure A incorporating plan "A" for the proposed Easement to drain.
