AUSTRALIAN MASTERS GAMES
Kathryn Marmara-Stewart competed in both Swimming and Taekwondo at the Australian Masters Games in October. Following on from her successful week, where she returned home with 10 medals, Kathryn appeared in the LaTrobe Valley Express on the 25/1/2013.

OPEN WATER SWIMMING
The Casey Seals are winding down for the year from the pool competition and cranking up the open water swimming for the summer. Our training has been more focused on preparation for the longer swims experienced over summer, and attendances have also increased.
Frank Haas, our coach, provided MSV members with open water swim coaching at the recent MSV Open Water day at Elwood Beach.
Our Open Water Swim Calendar (CLICK HERE) is again showing its popularity as a great source of information for these events.
SOCIAL NEWS
A large turnout enjoyed a great day at Healesville Sanctuary, hosted by our Mike Taylor who is a keeper at the Sanctuary. We're also looking forward to our Christmas party & bbq at Lysterfield Lake in early December.
Congratulations go out to Nicole and Chris Dainton on the news that they are expecting a baby in May next year.
