BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:--. 34; "Minister" includes any Minister of the Crown for the time being performing the duties of the Minister; Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other law or statute or rule of law to the contrary, the Corporation is authorized and is hereby declared to have always had such power, to enter into an agreement or agreements, with a view to allowing the use of the premises controlled by him (with or without payment sf rent or fee) for such purposes as he thinks fit is for the benefit of the community.
For every student attending a State educational institution established under Article 13, 14 or 17, a program of instruction shall be provided in such subjects and of such duration as the Minister may approve. a) the age, ability, suitability and development of the student concerned are taken into account;

In this section and in section 24, 'exclude5' means the prohibition on attendance at some or all of the State educational institutions specified by the Director-General under this section, for a period determined by the Director-General, with the approval of the Minister first and obtained. Unless he has lawful authority or excuse, a person on the premises of a State educational institution commits a violation of this law. The hours during which education is provided in a state school are as prescribed in the regulations.
A State pre-school center is neither a State school for the purposes of this Part* nor a State school for the purposes of this Part*.

In the performance of its duties, the Association shall comply with the provisions of this Act and shall comply with all directions which may be issued by the Minister from time to time in relation to policy. In cases of emergency only, any three officers of the Executive Committee of the Association may exercise a power or authority or perform a duty by a majority vote of that committee. The failure of the Executive Board to submit such information pursuant to this section shall not affect the validity of any action taken by the Board with respect thereto.
An association is dissolved: (a) when the State school for which it was formed has been incorporated.

With the approval of the minister who first had and received, an association may borrow from a person, first had and received, an association may receive money from a person, bank or other financial institution. In accordance with the provisions of Article 59 of the Law on Financial Administration and Audit, Article 59 of the Law on Financial Administration and Audit, the accounts of an association shall be audited as and in the manner defined in the regulation. I ) Notwithstanding anything contained in this OP or any other act or that any land in question is reserved for a particular purpose, the Minister and an association or one of them alone may enter (and hereby declare that they have always had this power) in an agreement with a government department, local authority or any other person or body, which agreement is for the provision of equipment, a. facilities or facilities Bbr generally the benefit of persons attending a State school (whether or not the facilities, convenience or facility is provided on the premises of the Stale school or any other premises).
In such proceedings it will not be necessary to prove the authority of the person by or through whom the same is apprehended or prosecuted or the membership of the association by such person. (1) Without derogating from the authority of the director in his capacity as person in charge of the state school for which the association is established, an association may exercise such authority as is consistent with its functions as prescribed by this Act. 2) An association may not exercise any authority over the teaching staff or over the control or management of a state school. Every parent of a child who has reached compulsory school age shall ensure that that child... (a) is enrolled in a state school;
In connection with the exemption under sub-section (I), any of the following shall be deemed to be a valid reason for such exemption:-. a) that, according to the minister, the child in question is receiving lessons. i) in a place that is not a state school or a non-state school, in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the Decree of the Council;. ii) in a range of subjects acceptable to the Minister, in another way which, in the Minister's opinion, is efficient and regular; A parent of a child of compulsory attendance age who requests an exemption from compliance with co~nplalsosy exlroInlerrat. 4;) a certificate that must be signed by the principal a. that the child named there is or is not enrolled in such a school; ii) in which the data on attendance at such school of the said child are given. is evidence of the fact or facts contained therein and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, is conclusive evidence of such fact or facts; d) a certificate of puwofling, which must be signed by the minister on whether or not he has granted it to the parents listed in it. of a child of compulsory attendance age, the exemption or temporary exemption under section 58 stated therein and the period of operation of the exemption, if any, shall be conclusive evidence of the fact or facts so established.
PART VI-PROVISIONS RELATING TO COMPANIES, JOINT AGREEMENTS AND ARRANGEMENTS, AGREEMENTS
For the purposes of subsection (I), a parent of a child who causes or permits such child to engage in any calling performed by such parent by way of trade or for profit shall be deemed to employ him such a child in such a calling. a) for every person who employs that child;. 0 soliciting or encouraging gifts to the Corporation or for the purposes of the Corporation;. g) any other object or purpose not in accordance with this act, which the Corporation considers appropriate in the circumstances. Use of facilities and personnel* The Corporation may, in such circumstances and subject to such terms and conditions as it thinks fit, contract or otherwise enter into an agreement with any person or body for the use by him or that of facilities and staff controlled by the Corporation.
Section 461 of the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1977-1988 applies, to the extent provided in that section, to any undertaking connected with the Company under section 65, as if the Company were a statutory body within the meaning of that law. any wages, salaries, allowances, etc. In connection with such membership it shall not be retained by the Corporation or any such officer, but shall be deposited in the Consolidated Revenue or, if it is in the nature of a recovery of expenses, it will be deposited in the fund to which it relates, as determined in the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1977-1988.
PART VII-GENERAL PROVISIONS FOR EIICHER EDUCATION AWARDS AND USE OF THE TERM 6''kTNIVERSITY", ETC
The Minister will cause a report on the administration of this law during the previous year to be presented to the Legislative Assembly every year. (1) Section 2 8 ~ of the Acts Interpretation Act 1954-1985 applies in relation to orders in Council made for the purposes of this Act and, for the purposes of that application, that section shall be read and construed as if the references in the regulations were references for Orders in Council made for the purposes of this law. 2) Every announcement made according to this law is submitted to the Legislative Assembly within 14 days after publication in the Gazette. Provided that any such Order in Council, approval, determination, authority, certificate, direction, notice, order, permit, appointment, regulation, prohibition, exclusion, refusal, registration or other act of authority shall be read and construed in accordance with this Act.
Generally, a person who contravenes or fails to comply with a provision of this Act commits an offense under this Act. Whoever commits an offense under this Act is, if no specific penalty is provided for this offense, subject to a law, if no specific penalty is provided for this offense, with penal-. a) for a first violation of this provision, 10 penalty units;. In any case for the purposes of this Act, a certificate purporting to be signed by the Minister shall certify-. a) that a school is or is not a non-government school for the purposes of this Act.
