TO BENEFIT HOME OWNERS

This notice must be in the prescribed form and must contain the prescribed information, which includes the proposed date of commencement and the proposed date of practical completion of the construction of the house. Such insurance premium shall be paid-. i) if there is a contract for the execution of this construction of the house, within 14 days after the conclusion of this contract; ii) when this construction of the house is carried out differently than in accordance with the contract, at least 14 days before the start of the construction of this house. 66 REGISTRATION OF BUILDERS AND HOUSE-OWNERS b) no amount shall be payable under this section in respect of the construction of a building.

For the purposes of this Act, the date of conclusion of the contract referred to in provision (a) of Article 64(1) is -. a) if no such date has been fixed by the Board under section 72 (I), the date shown on the said notice.

Any fine paid by a person on conviction for an offense against this Act shall be paid to the Board.
