Powers and duties of Local Authorities in respect of stock routes, etc

Destroy noxious plants on any stock road or part of a stock route or reserve for traveling stock or part thereof which is not fenced with any property or leased;. vii). PART V-DESTRUCTION OF DINGOES, OTHER VERMIN AND

For the purpose of the destruction of dingoes, foxes, or (if the Minister has ordered the destruction of dingoes, foxes, or (if the Minister has directed the destruction of any other vermin for the protection of lands within any Territory) such other vermin , it shall be lawful for any person authorized by the Superintendent to lay poison bait or set traps on any Crown land or, after seven days' notice having been given to the owner thereof, on any holding It shall not be lawful to cyanide of potassium not to be used for the destruction of dingoes, foxes.

The Minister shall cause a copy of the decision to be sent to each owner to whom the request relates. A syndicate may authorize any person to enter, on any property included in the syndicate's dingo cull zone, registered in relation to the syndicate, for the purpose of searching for and destroying dingoes.
