Barcelona, 9th of March, 2013 To whom it may concern:
I met Marica Strazmester on January 2008. She came to Madrid to resume her sport career, combining her training with work. In just a few months training, managed to qualify for her second Olympic Games, competing in Beijing 2008.
We continue training together until the end of my career in late 2010. In the two years that we share training, Marica proved to be a very hardworking and serious at work. She is disciplined, organized and very hard on herself.
Marica has extensive experience in international swimming competitions, knowing all the needs that an athlete and a national team have at the most important performance of the season. All this added to his perfect knowledge of Spanish and English, I do think of her as the ideal profile for team leader in a major competition.
Right now I am part of the organizing staff XV FINA World Championships Barcelona 2013. I know that people like Marica can successfully lead and facilitate the participation of the team in charge as well as have a close relationship with the organizers.
I remain at your disposal for any further information you need.
